I went to Hunt Club Mazda because I wanted to buy a new SUV, I liked the CX-5 because it drives nice, has great reviews and looks good. I worked with Ivan Zechel, who treated me great. We worked on a pre-approval which he made sure would be painless plus because I had a Mazda already he was even able to get me one more point off the already low interest rate from 2.9% to 1.9%. I didn't feel any pressure to "buy now" from Ivan, he gave me the space I needed to make a proper decision. I have had the CX-5 for 3 weeks now and have no regrets, my wife loves it and she especially appreciates the drive, she mainly likes the visibility. We looked at other SUV's and she was not comfortable in them and she could not see the road over the hood, the design for the CX-5 allows for a great view of the road and almost has no blind spots. Ivan was able to work with me in spite of my busy schedule, he didn't try to rope me in to get there and "buy, buy, buy" in short he was not a jerk and is probably the biggest reason I chose to work with him and buy this SUV. Many salesman give you the impression that they think you are stupid and that they can tell you anything and you will just accept it. Many others give you the feeling like you showed up for some kind of pyramid scheme and the general uneasiness that comes along with it. I don't work with people like that, that's why I chose to work with Ivan, that's why I recommend him to you without reservation. He works hard and deserves every bit of success he gets. I am also very impressed with the level of competence that the Finance Manager showed, I know for a fact you don't want and "Joe Blow" pulling your credit and submitting a deal on your behalf, but they were phenomenal, and got everything done quickly and excellently. In conclusion I am more than satisfied with the level of service, professionalism, and of course the 2014 CX-5. More

We purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 from Irina. Having gone to Carling Mazda before, it was a shame we did not just go straight to Bank Street. The atmosphere was filled with friendly people, and Irina greeted upright away with a smile on her face. We knew what we wanted but she still went out of her way to show us all of the features of the vehicle, and take us out on a long test drive. You can tell she loves what she does from the energy she exudes with her customers. We never once felt pressured or uncomfortable with Irina. Driving the car for a few months now, we definitely made the right choice, and Irina still e-mails us to catch up! It is great to see such customer service from such a competitive dealership.
