We recently bought our very first car! It was a big deal for us as we are content living downtown, within close proximity to our work, daycare, and everything we need. Imad was very thorough and made me and my girlfriend feel at ease right away. We were looking at getting a fair market value for our trade-in and while Bank Street's first trade-in offer was a bit lower than at ease right away. We were looking at getting a fair market value for our trade-in and while Bank Street's first trade-in offer was a bit lower than the Candian Black Book value, Imad heard us out and rallied our points to management ultimately resulting in a much higher value for our trade-in. He didn't try to fast talk us into anything, notorious to most cars salesman, and called spades for spades. New or Used, buying a car is a daunting experience but we managed to get through it with a breeze. We would also like to give a shout out to Mr. Moe Saka, the Business Manager. He spent considerable time with us walking over the financing and answering our fairly naive questions :) Our car delivery was delayed by a few days and out of anxiety, I remember calling Mr. Moe 4-5 times that day but never once did he loose his cool or show signs of frustration. I have given this rating to Bank Street Mazda as a testament to our purchase experience. More

I previously owned a Mazda and received a loyalty discount for trading it in, received an additional discount for being a recent graduate and as a Christmas bonus even got a free iPad. Irina made the experience easy and quick, I got the car within 3 days of making my decision and Irina even set up my Bluetooth for me before I left!
