I was in the market for a new compact fuel efficient car. I was looking at the Mazda 3 and the Hyundai Elantra. I can say I was not expecting to purchase the cat that day, but Ivan did an excellent job meeting my budget and car needs. When i picked up the car, Ivan spent a great deal of time going over the vehicle, and all it's features in the freezing cold. Althought i was extremely happy with the delivery of the car, I was dissapointed with 2 issues. The dealer did not have my second key fop when I picked up the vehicle, and the promotional Ipad Air was also not available for pick up. This means another 30km trip to the dealer to pick up the 2 items. More

When I walked in I was approached by Sunny. From the minute I stepped into the Bank Street Mazda dealership, I was immediately impressed by Sunny's warmth,friendliness and he was very professional. He took me to the car I was interested in, the 2 dealership, I was immediately impressed by Sunny's warmth,friendliness and he was very professional. He took me to the car I was interested in, the 2013 Mazda 3. He obviously knows the products he is selling. I felt comfortable to ask questions and Sunny allowed me to sit right in the car and he highlighted all the great features this car has to offer. We began to talk prices right away, and again I felt right at ease. Sunny is honest and straight forward, unlike other salesmen I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. We took the car out for a ride and I loved it! Throughout the drive, Sunny was very informative about the car's features and everything it has to offer. The drive in this car was amazing! I wanted an evening to think about it, and again Sunny was not pushy and gave me his business card so I could contact him if I wanted to go ahead with the car. I called the very next morning and Sunny went over all the details making sure it was the exact car I wanted, sunroof, color, etc. The paperwork needed to be signed that day, but I didn't have means of transportation to get to the dealership. Sunny offered to come and pick me up from work and bring me to the dealership. I was so impressed by his kind gesture and I knew it was a busy day for him at work, but despite that he came and picked me up, even though I work a distance from the dealership. We went over all the final details, and Sunny offered me coffee or water, again so nice and considerate. He didn't add any extras or try to push any more sales, he made recommendations, but always told me to do whatever I'm comfortable with. Even after I got out of the business manager's office, Sunny came right over to make sure everything went smoothly and again offered to drive me home if needed. Right up until I drove the car off the lot, Sunny was excellent! Anytime I called with questions, he was patient and again made me feel at ease. He helped me set up the blue tooth in my car and again explained every detail and feature. He told me to call anytime I needed anything. Even a few days after purchasing the car, Sunny reached out to me to check if everything was good with the new Mazda. I love my new car, but Sunny made my experience at the dealership enjoyable. I would recommend anyone to this dealership, but especially to deal with Sunny. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, professional,kind and that is only to mention a few of many traits Sunny displayed throughout the entire car buying process. We had terrible experience with this dealership in 2009, we we're looking to purchase a 2009 Mazda 3 GT and when we came to leave after we signed the bill of sale and made a deposit we could not leave the dealership as one of your employees had lost the keys to our G6 that we we're trading in for the new Mazda 2009. After hard work on looking for our keys we had no choice but to leave with Kevin's personal vehicle as we needed transportation. The following business day we decided to end the sale with your dealership by ripping the bill of sale and leaving your dealership, we ended up purchasing from Performance Mazda in Orleans. I decided to walk in to your dealership last weekend to look at a few used Mazda's, when we walked in me and my spouse, we we're greeted by Sunny, we ended up with great service however, we left without making a purchase. The following business day we decided to call Sunny (this is after making a deposit at another dealer) and made an appointment, the end result, we bought a 2013 Mazda 3 Sky Active, if it wasn't for his pleasurable and outgoing service, we would have not given your dealer a second chance. We would also like to add that Moe (Business Manager) was also great to deal with! We arrived to the dealership knowing which car we wanted to see. We were greeted by Sunny, who was fantastic at answering all of our questions and came with us on the test drive. We decided to purchase the vehicle, I came back the next day to sign the paperwork, and although had a few hiccups from what we had discussed the night before with another employee (having an independent double check), Sunny made sure things went smoothly and honoured the previous discussion. He's gone gone up and beyond what I was expecting, and has followed up with all my questions the same day, via a phone call or by e-mail. I would recommend him to any of my friends!
