If that isn't dedication I don't know what is. My only complaint is it took a long time to pick up my car, but that can be attributed to it being the end of the month (and fiscal year) for them and there was a lot going on. Overall, a great experience. More

I was also looking for something available on the lot as I wanted to get into the car as soon as possible. I was in the preliminary process of negotiating a deal with another dealer when Irina made contact. Irina indicated that they had the biggest selection and would not be beat on price. She kindly asked for a chance to compete for my business. As it turns out they had a car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Irina was really great. Her enthusiastic energy really made the whole process enjoyable. The only knock on the whole transaction was that it felt that I had to prompt the finance team for details to ensure all the paperwork could be done on time for delivery. More

Ivan was polite and extremely knowledgeable about his vehicles. He was able to efficiently and effectively demonstrate what made the Mazda a safe and reliable vehicle, and when asked Ivan immediately setup a test drive. The test drive was done very professionally with a good size route that let me really get a feel for how the vehicle handled and the features it had. By the time we were done and back at the dealership I could confidently say I knew what made the Mazda better than the other vehicles I'd tested before I'd arrived here. After that Ivan and I sat down and in relatively short time worked out what I felt to be a very good sale price for the vehicle with some added options. Most importantly I am convinced that Ivan worked quite hard to help me get the best deal possible. Which means for me the next time I need a vehicle I know exactly who I'm going to see about it. My wife had not been able to make it out to the initial test drive but Ivan gladly arranged another showing for her at a time that was entirely convenient for us. He went over the whole vehicle again with her, nuts and bolts to safety and maintenance to make sure all her questions had been answered. After deciding on the vehicle and options my wife and I sat down with Michael Webb the business manager to arrange all the legal and financial details. Michael has very polite, and helped us get all the paperwork in order in a very short time. He would also stop to answer any questions we had along the way making the whole process nicely transparent and efficient. Overall Ivan and Michael made the car shopping experience at Bank Street Mazda the best I've ever had and I will be recommending them to any family or friends who are looking for a new vehicle. More

I test drove the 2014 Mazda 3 GS and loved it right away. However, I still just wanted to get some numbers and do my due diligence in checking out other vehicles on the market. Irina was very understanding and respected my decision to do so and offered a helping hand in answering any questions I had in the meantime. Nothing else compared so of course I ended up back at Irina's desk with an offer. Irina and management worked with me to get a deal done that was highly favorable. Kevin Yang was also very helpful in getting me approved for the financing. The experience was effortless and I never felt pressured into anything. Irina offered all the facts I needed to hear and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. Overall a wonderful person to deal with and so happy she got me into a brand new Mazda 3. He was excellent as we were working out a deal. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and patient with questions. He worked extremely hard to put me in the car I wanted at a fair price. He was not aggressive or pushy. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Ali is how great he has been after the deal was signed (a time when I have seen service fall off at other dealerships). Ali has continued to work just as hard or even harder on my behalf to ensure I am happy. Ali seems like a genuinely good guy and this comes across in every interaction.
