We went into Mazda on a Friday evening and Zein spent a great deal of time with us to show us the options from used cars, to new cars and 2013 remaining inventory. Even though it was close to closing time, he didn't rush the test drives and the information overview. We had already decided that our next car was going to be a Mazda but we hadn't settled on the model or new vs used. He made us feel like time wasn't an issue and that we could take the time we needed to decide or ask questions. He ensured that we were comfortable (coffee/tea/water) at all times. The discussions with Zein were very informative and the options/costs were very well detailed for us when he drafted our documents. Zein truly advocated for us to ensure that everything in the contract (from Finance manager) was reflective the previously agreed-upon terms and he was very understanding and patient. We had a lot going on with the insurance company and it was a stressful time but Zein's calm and collected demeanor really made us feel like we were being looked after and that everything was in order for a timely pick up. We truly enjoyed our experience dealing with Zein and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. His pressure-free approach is really what made us decide to purchase from this dealership and we hope that he is still around when we'll need to purchase our next vehicle. The colour of vehicle that we preferred that was available on the lot did not have the deluxe package, which included And i'll tell you why........ The colour of vehicle that we preferred that was available on the lot did not have the deluxe package, which included the automatic lights. So we reluctantly accepted another colour because it had the package. One week later the car was ready for pick up. Zein never let on but he had worked behind the scenes to get us the colour that he knew that we wanted. It was very unexpected, but much appreciated. He also made sure that no one else ruined the surprise. It was a very good experience all round, relaxed and helpful. Made it fun to get a new car, which is how it should be!! More
