Overall great experience 2 weeks ago, came in with a pretty good idea of what type of model to purchase (Mazda 3 GS-Sport) because I had been shopping for a while now. I live in Québec and base price for this particular model was approximately 1500$ lower at this dealership which was great. I had a budget limit and the sales representative (Imad) tried to do his best to sale at that price. I also got winter tires (mounted on rims) at cost price (but it's not a huge rebate compared to tire prices elsewhere). A few xxxx-ups but nothing major: I wasn't able to get the color I wanted on the Mazda 3 (was told by the manager for some reason that color blue was not available unless I wanted to wait weeks even months ?? Paying 25000$ + for a brand new car, I should be able to get the color I want ! ). But the ironic thing is that I was offered Pearl White (without paying the additional 200$) instead and I'm actually very satisfied with this color ! So it's all good. At one point, I was being offered the car I had my test drive in which had already almost 1300 kilometers of mileage ! I refused and the sales manager was actually surprised by this saying he never had issues with customers selling "new" cars with that much mileage.C'mon ! Who wants to purchase a car that was used by I don't know how many customers who did a test drive especially for the amount you're paying. If I wanted to purchase a car that had very low mileage on it, I would look in Auto Trader and pay substantialy less for that type of car. But to go back to the most important thing, which is the product I purchased. Before posting on this site, I wanted to make sure that the product was up standards and I must say the Mazda 3 GS-Sport runs extremely well and I'm convinced that this car has great value for it's price. Surprising the amount of power a 2.0 liter can have. I won't go into too much details on all the great aspects of this car because any consumer can look these up anywehere. But all in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Overall, a very good experience at Bank Street Mazda. Imad was friendly and professional. He knows his products and I would suggest him if ever you're shopping around. More

That led me to start looking over on the sales side and of course at the new 2014 Mazda3, well I knew I wanted to buy it so I went forward with Bank Street Mazda. First person I spoke with was Jason Lucas, he basically gave me the confidence that if I bought my new car from BSM I would be getting the best deal possible and the best service. Mr.Lucas then assigned me to Sunny Chadha who was my salesman for this deal. When I started to talk with Mr. Chadha I quickly came to realise his professionalism and courtesy which are traits that are important to me, Sunny seemed to just know what I wanted in terms of packages/features of the new car and as a result I purchased the right trim level that vest suites my needs. I also would like to mention Mr Moe Sakka (Business Manager) who convinced me to purchase the FinalCoat protection plan because with this plan I feel extra confident that my new car will look and feel new for a very long time. My whole experience buying my new car at Bank Street Mazda was absolutely a pleasure, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda in the Ottawa area. Karim in sales is very helpful and worked with me to find the best vehicle for me. He is also very knowledgeable about their vehicles and found answers to additional questions I had regarding accessories etc. Karim and Moe (from finance) were also on the ball in communicating all the details to me (they call or email often to make sure you know exactly what is going on). The dealership overall is very laid back. Everyone is approachable there and very friendly. I would definitely go back to this dealership if I ever needed another vehicle. Highly recommended! More
