The next day my friend went back to the dealership alone to check out the kia sportage & was served by the same salesman. And the sales person started badmouthing me infront of my friend, he told him I wasted his time for nothing & that I wasn;t serious & was just there to waste their time, although I clearly told him I'm not buying. I really liked the car so much that i was thinking about it day & night for the next 10 days, then i decided that I'm going to buy it, & guess what, I went to another dealership 417 & was treated like king. Should that salesperson had kept his mouth shut, he could have earned a decent commission. Last week Feb 25th, I decided to buy another optima for my wife, this time a hybrid, iI went back to bank street kia since its close to my place & I was planning to refuse being served by that salesperson, luckily he doesn't work there anymore. I test drove the car, Amin Sajidi was the person who helped me & was very friendly & nice, I told him I need to have my wife come check it out too. I came back the next day with my wife & he was not there, so a collegue of his helped us his name is Ian, we took the car for a test drive, since it was the first time we drive a hybrid we wanted to push it to the limit, so during the test drive we did some heavy accelerations from a dead stop & we drove fast on the highway 120-130, the sales person in the back did not shut up the whole time telling us his life story, maybe to distract us from what we were trying to look for in the cars acceleration. we got back to the delership & left & told him we'll come back later. we came back the next day ready to pull the plug & just wanted to decide what color to choose. Neither Ian, nor Amin were there at that time, and one of the people working there his name is Sayed said, in a really bad un proffessional tone, what have you done to the car when you test drove it yesterday? we were like shocked , we told him we think you git us mistaken , he said no I know you , you two from last night you, you drive the car soo fast that the engine light turned on & now the car needs repair & is in service, & he said that the sales person told him that he kept telling us to slow down & stop the car & we never listened & kept speeding up & that he was scared in the back. that is all bullsh**t I tried to explain but his tone was really bad & the way he was talking to us was very bad that I couldnt stand him anymore. anyways longstory short. I bought my second optima yesterday, & guess what, from another dealership. so they lost my business twice & I will never go back there & I'll make it my mission to warn anyone i know of their bad customer service. I had my 2010 KIA Rio 5 serviced on February 22, 2013 and after picking up my car after work I stopped to visit the showroom floor on a whim to browse the new vehicles for 2013. As luck would have it, the de after picking up my car after work I stopped to visit the showroom floor on a whim to browse the new vehicles for 2013. As luck would have it, the dealership was having a special promotion with a KIA Canada representative, John, on the showroom floor to assist if required. I wasn't expecting to make a new car purchase and I was just looking. My salesman, Amin Sajadi, was very approachable and showed be the new cars and explained the features. I took a test drive and it was apparent that the new cars were much nicer than my 2010 Rio. I asked what deal we might be able to strike and in the end bought a new Rio hatchback to replace my old car. This is my third purchase from a Dilawri dealership, and my second from Bank Street KIA. The staff are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with and I was immediately comfortable. I took delivery of my Rio 5 LX+ tonight, February 26, 2013 and the car is a delight. Thank-you to Amin Sajadi, Sayid Kaddage and Frand Daoud for helping make my purchase an enjoyable one. Steve More

He took his time to explain the features of the car, answered all our questions and took a lot of the worries that is first time buyers anxiety. When time for the delivery, he quickly went over all the cars features which is nice touch. 11 out of 10. On the financial side, Ralph Haddad clearly knows his business and was very attentive to details and didn't push the sale pitch outside our established budget. In short, he sold us what we *needed*, not wanted. That's a plus in my books. Overall, Bank Street Kia is the place to go for first time Kia buyers. More
I chose BSK because their website advertized a 500$ rebate and mentionned that no one deals like them, that "they won't be beat". And it's true! As I went in the dealership for my appointment with Am rebate and mentionned that no one deals like them, that "they won't be beat". And it's true! As I went in the dealership for my appointment with Amin, I was promptly greeted and redirected to Daniel, as Amin wasn't finished with his previously scheduled clients. Daniel took me for a test drive, long enough to get a good feel of the car (Rio). Then the negotiating process started for my trade-in value (a used car bought at another Kia dealership, in Qc)... Lots of back and forth with Sarah (who took over from here) and Asad & Sayid (?) in the back. I went back home to think things over. Got a call the following day with a satisfactory offer. So I went back, renegociated details (winter tires, etc.) and finally came to an agreement. Then Hassan took over at Finance. This was my first new car purchase experience, and Hassan was very patient in answering all my questions. Costs can add up! But after comparing with the Qc dealership, I realized that I was getting a lot more than expected for the "cost of peace of mind" : 10 year warranty against rust and seats wear & tare (comes with a 3 step car protection treatment), winter tires that came with rims! and extra bolts for the original all season tires, including a security nut against theft! - tires are also protected by wear & tare insurance. And finally, the walkaway plan... flexible and cancellable anytime. There's also a 'negative equity' protection somewhere in there for when I go back for another new car. All and all, the staff was friendly, PATIENT, mature, and work hard to make sure they don't lose your business (on the Qc side, they were refusing to give me some rebates, which BSK gladly did). Impressive! I also appreciated their team work. More
We had been thinking of trading in our old car for about a year and had visited many local dealerships when a friend mentioned what a great experience they had just had buying from Bank Street Kia. Having n a year and had visited many local dealerships when a friend mentioned what a great experience they had just had buying from Bank Street Kia. Having never set foot inside a Kia dealer we were totally unfamiliar with their product line so we first checked them out online. Within minutes of filling out an online form we received a call from Sarah offering to show us the Kia product line so that we could make an informed decision on this major purchase. She asked pertinent questions so that she understood our vehicle needs, the focus was always to get us into a car that fit our family, lifestyle and expectations. We arranged to drop by the dealership later that evening. The best way to describe our experience is: pressure free. There was never any sense of urgency in any of our dealings or pressure to make decisions. When we had to leave for appointments we were simply wished a good evening and invited to come back soon. When we decided on a Rondo, a warmed up car (much appreciated in -40 weather) was made available to test drive immediately. The suggested test route was well planned out and included both city and highway driving and was long enough for us to get a real feel for the car. When we decided we had to test drive the car in the daytime we made arrangements to come by on a busy weekend only to find a warm car waiting for us and the same relaxed friendly atmosphere we had experienced the first time. Having decided on a new Rondo we then braced for the negotiation where we were again pleasantly surprised. We negotiated what we felt was a very fair price for the car without any stress. What makes this dealership stand out in our opinion are the people. Sarah is a true professional, knowledgeable of her product and totally committed to customer satisfaction. From initial contact to post sale follow up, she continues to impress. Sayid was fair and firm, was always up front and honest in our negotiations. Goran instills confidence in the buyer, made sure that everything was perfect with our chosen car and continues to provide a high level of customer service after the sale. Ralph was thorough and meticulous in explaining our warranty and service options, the best part was that there was never any pressure in purchasing items or services we didn’t want or need. (In our experience, a very rare commodity in vehicle purchasing). We are thoroughly impressed with Bank Street Kia and look forward to continuing our dealings with this establishment for a long time. My wife and I were dreading buying a new car as many dealers are very anxious to sell you the car they want you to buy and not what you actually need. Our experience with Bank Street Kia was the opposit dealers are very anxious to sell you the car they want you to buy and not what you actually need. Our experience with Bank Street Kia was the opposite. Our sales rep was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and made sure that we got the car we wanted that met all our needs within our budget. On the way to the dealership to bring in our old car the parking brake broke and we were stuck at a gas station. Even though we were very late arriving at Bank Street Kia with a broken vehicle dangling from the end of a tow truck in a snow storm, the staff were professional and understanding and went out of thier way to make sure we didn't feel any more embarassed than we already were when we arrived. Our whole experience with Bank Street Kia was very positive and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. More
