I love how it handles and have had no problems so far. I will tell anyone I know looking for a new car to go to Bank St Kia for they will get great service and great help from the sales staff. I just bought a KIA RIO 2013 Sedan, Great car and Bank street Kia took good care of me and my needs this is my 5th Dilawry group vehicule. I have to say I was really impressed the way Sarah, Gordon and H street Kia took good care of me and my needs this is my 5th Dilawry group vehicule. I have to say I was really impressed the way Sarah, Gordon and Hassan help me through the entire process making sure my need where met and the decision I made were the right one for me base on great information and discussion. I would recommend to anybody to go see Sarah she is amazing and knows what she's talking about. From the first step when you go in to the time you pick up your vehicule they are there to help you. You can feel the sincerity in helping you, they are not there just to sell you a car. They make sure your totally satisfied when you leave. The service after sale is also amazing. Not only did we save time in not having to wander around a car lot, we were able to focus on only those cars that met our requirements. One internet enquiry resulted in a quick response as well as coupon providing us with a financial incentive. Next, a visit to the dealership for a test drive. Our contact at the dealership, Amin Sajadi, Internet and Trade-In Manager, wanted to ensure that we had a complete driving experience so we were encouraged to drive the car under different road conditions: four lane highway, country back roads, residential areas and urban congestion. And, both of us took a turn at the wheel. The price negotiation process was congenial, brief and, most importantly, respectful of our financial requirements. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Kia Rio back in July 2012. We dealt with Sarah and she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and not to mention professional. We really liked the car and the deal that we had got. But after driving it for 6 months my wife and I decided that it was to small for our needs and that we wanted to upgrade to the Optima model. Three other guy's I work with drive this model and love them. So I called Sarah and she said to come in and they would take a look at my Rio and that we could talk and probably work something out. So the next week we went in and Sarah was gone away on holiday. So Sayid looked after us and I was impressed with him. He was also very approachable,pleasant, professional and up front and he did his best to make us feel at ease. My wife and I fell in the love with the show room model. Fully loaded and one heck of a beautiful car. So he did his best to see to it that we own it. We sat down and crunched the numbers and low and behold they worked out for us and we sealed the deal. We picked the car up the following Friday and Sarah was back from her holiday and she took care of the details from there and again she was great. We love our car and the experience at this Kia dealership was great. They work as a team and do a good job and I would also like to add that the finance guys were great also and they took care of everything with ease. Amin and the other staff were friendly and accommodating to myself and my young daughter. After speaking on the phone and making an appointment, Amin had the car I was interested in ready for a test drive w to myself and my young daughter. We were offered refreshments and he was considerate of my needs without pressuring me. Ralph Haddad in Finance also provided excellent service, taking the time to explain things to me. I received prompt responses whenever I contacted them with inquiries. It was a great buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership. More
