Upon my 1st visit to Bank Street Hyundai, I was welcomed as a new customer with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and respect...no hard selling! This was all do to Amir, a relatively new Sales Manager with the Dalawri team at that time. I purchased a new 2009 Santa Fe, and loved it! In 2013, I traded for another new Santa Fe Sport. Louis, the salesman at that time, was superb...friendly, caring and a good listener. I was so happy with my 2009 experience that I continued to have the service done at Bank Street Hyundai where Luke, one of the service desk reps, always took the best care of my vehicle and me. Now, in 2016, just last week, I stepped into my new gleaming white Santa Fe Sport. What can I say except.....Louis handled the transaction with his usual smile and caring manner; Amir, now a district manager for the Dalawri group, demonstrated his superior skillset -- professional, efficient, creative, authentic and caring; and now, another valued employee to add to my list -- Joe, in Finance, who was an active listener, non-pushy, well-organized, and like those previously mentioned, a genuine, nice guy! More

The sales staff are very energetic, they make you feel as though your part of their fa This was a fantastic experience for buying, a new vehicle!!! The sales staff are very energetic, they make you feel as though your part of their family and that's not just the sales rep who took care of me (Justin Yoo), but the entire staff from reception, other sales reps, managers and their finance managers! I was introduced to the service manager (Dave), Parts Manager Kanesa and the service advisers. So I already feel as though I know everybody at the dealership, where I plan on doing all my scheduled maintenance. I've purchased cars from other dealers in the past and if anyone has an issue making a deal at Bank Street Hyundai with the staff they have here, then I think an inward reflection is needed! The manager's are more than willing to bend to try to accommodate any customer's needs. They work very hard with the sales reps to make sure the customer (me in this case) have as good of an experience as possible. In the end, it always takes two to tango. You have to have realistic expectations. It's a business. They need to make a little, but you save a lot! Obviously if you come in asking for 5k off a 15,000 car, you're going to have a stressful time. But if you are realistic in what your expectations are and you don't think it's you against the world, then you should have a stress free experience, while getting a very, very good deal and the best customer service around. I actually did research on the dealership's customer service level before making my choice of dealership to do business with. I didn't shop around from store to store to store. I don't have that kind of time. I work, have a family and I have much better things to do then go dealership hopping hoping to save a $100 on a car, which isn't even $1.00 in your payment! Bank Street Hyundai came up as a dealership with a high reputation for excellent pricing and great service. Are they perfect, no, but I don't go in expecting any business to satisfy 100% of it's clients, especially when some people you just can't please, no matter what you do for them! So, if anyone has read this far, give these guys a chance to show you what they can do. Give them an honest opportunity to earn your business and you won't regret it. Great pricing, fantastic people to deal with and a Hyundai offers a very good product. More

I clicked on save 1000 coupon by mistake and the next time they started calling me. I was not ready, told them so, hung up .SORRY :( . I started to go see different dealerships, going for test drives etc. They called again. This time I took the call and gladly so. That same night I went to meet with Joe and the rest is history.I cannot say enough about his service and dedication to insure that my needs where meet. Regarding the financial part he new exactly where I stood and made sure Joe new and in the end ( Joe) made it happen.The deal was made.Thank you MoJo:) and lets not forget Ernesto who put the last touch on the deal. While finalizing everything ,the manager came to me introduced himself and made sure I was satisfied with everything especially the service I had gotten from Joe, Nice touch.Great team work from the reception to sales to the financial people and last but not least the manager. We went in having done a good bit of initial research and they were happy to stay focused on what we had already determined we were interested in. They offered up suggestions and different points to add to our initial research and were very respectful when we indicated we weren't interested in certain things. Although our new car should last us a good long time, we will definitely be looking to Bank Street Hyundai first when we need to replace it. More

I was in a semi time crunch to get a new vehicle. I had originally purchased a vehicle from another dealer where they made a large monetary mistake on the bill of sale... Luckily I was able to cancel the sale and go elsewhere. Once Bank street Hyundai found out about the horrible situation, they did everything they could to turn my car buying experience around and make it better. When I went in, they were transparent from beginning to end. All three employees made me feel comfortable, pressure free and confident in my purchase. Shane probably knew that I was likely going to buy a car from them; however, he still spent the time and energy to win me over with the vehicle. He went through all the details and answered any questions I had with confidence. Amir was very transparent when discussing the terms, gave me my options and let me decide what would be best for me without any pressure. He gave me the best deal. Ernesto made the whole financing piece flawless, provided answers to all my questions and also didn't pressure me into additional items to add to the purchase. He presented me with options and allowed me to choose what would be the best for my scenario. All three were very friendly and are great people to deal with. I would definitely go back to them for my next vehicle purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. More
