I will say I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service of all the staff that I encountered at your dealership, both in the day I had service as well as the day I came in to ask questions at the fr service of all the staff that I encountered at your dealership, both in the day I had service as well as the day I came in to ask questions at the front desk. Everyone was professional , helpful and friendly, with myself, fellow staff and other clients. It seems like you have a wonderful team that cares for one another The service itself seems fine, and what needed doing was done in a timely manor. My only disappointment is that my car still randomly speaks in Mandarin. Thankfully Tristan heard it too and I’m not the crazy car lady. He set every thing to English and it still happened, so as per his instructions, I’m trying to identify a pattern so it can be investigated further. More
