Dear Ovie It seems our email correspondence with you, has still not made things clear, so we will attempt to do so here again. First and foremost, you approved all the work that we performed on your car. That means you signed off on all parts and labor associated with the work to be done. Our pricing structure is aligned with that of other BMW Dealerships, reflecting the expertise of our factory-trained technicians and the use of BMW-spec diagnostics equipment. This may result in a higher door rate compared to other repair facilities. Regarding your invoice, it accurately reflects the services rendered without any "inflation." Our labor times are based on a standard quoting guide (SPG) tied to BMW's repair instructions. The additional brake hardware billed is recommended by BMW, and as a dealer representing the manufacturer, we follow their policies and procedures diligently. It's also common practice for our licensed technicians to collaborate on a vehicle when time constraints are a concern. Our 2 service advisors, went above and beyond, staying two hours past closing time to try and find a payment solution for you. Despite their efforts, only $2000.00 was collected out of the final invoice amount of $2,892.43. If we are going to perform any more work on your car in the future, the remaining $892.43 will need to be collected. Thank you.
