Excellent customer service! I drove 3 hours to look for a vehicle. I came into the dealership not knowing a lot about the BMW product. Kassidy was extremely personable...the perfect person to work the front lines and navigate me through the process. She is very knowledgable but at the same time...not pushy. Her kind, high spirited, professional disposition made a huge impact on me. She lead me in the right direction to purchase the perfect car for me and has kept in contact to ensure I am happy with my purchase. I can't say enough positive things about Kassidy....she is a gem and hopefully BMW knows how valuable she is to their company. I would gladly make the drive to deal qith her again! More
