She was very understanding about my situation, and I never felt rushed or pressured into a sale. The comfort level was felt from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove away in my new car. I would highly recommend Adele due to her honesty, commitment and outgoing personality to her job. Gisele dealt with the financial part of my sale. She was also very understanding about my situation, and she bent over backwards to help me out. She treated me not as a young-first-time buyer, but almost like family. Her calm personality made it easy for me to know I was making a great choice in the car, and that my payment would be affordable. Gisele literally took care of everything and lifted all the worry and stress off my shoulders. Her and Adele made my car buying experience very memorable. Wow....where to start? This was our second experience purchasing a vehicle from Auto Value Hyundai in under two years. Our first experience, to say the least, was very unsatisfactory and left quite a bit purchasing a vehicle from Auto Value Hyundai in under two years. Our first experience, to say the least, was very unsatisfactory and left quite a bitter taste in our mouths. So, before Christmas, when we had recieved an email regarding upgrading our 2010 Elantra to a brand new 2013 model, we were hesitant. I had actually selected the email to delete but on a second thought decided to read it. With the incentives that were offered we thought "What the heck...what's the worst that can happen?" I filled out the information, hit send and within 30 minutes our phone rang and Mike was on the other end. He was extremely pleasant and far from "pushy" as some sales people can be. We made an appointment for the next day to go in and sit down and talk with him. Right from the moment we met, I knew I liked him! Mike, was unbelievable and went above and beyond to make this time around so much more enjoyable. Mike was welcoming, confident, knowledgeable and always gave us service with a smile. He wasn't afraid to ask Amelio (General Manager...who was wonderful, as well), about anything if he wasn't sure of the answer, to be positive that we got the correct information. He took the time and didn't rush us. He provided us with different options and models and didn't stop until we were completely satisfied with our decision. He even brought us a car to test drive, right off of the freight truck and still wrapped in plastic...a beautiful 2013 Sonata GLS (which by the way, was the one we purchased and had everything that we wanted it to have, right down to colour). We were so incredibly thrilled with our second experience with this dealership, as a direct result of Mike's hardwork and dedication. In the days following our purchase, it was wonderful to hear from Mike asking us how things were going and to see if we were happy with our purchase. I can not recommend him enough!! Even to this day,(actually, three hours ago to be exact) anything that we have needed, he has gone that extra mile to help us out. What more can I say? :) Go see Mike!!! :D More

Entered show room and pleasantly/professionally greated by all employees with a zero wait time. I mentioned that I was only checking out the products available and Mike promoted a test drive in order to g by all employees with a zero wait time. After the drive and discussing product with Mike and Matt a great price was offered. I still left with deciding on my mind, made some personal calls and made my decission to buy. Called dealership back and made visa deposit. Mike did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles of the Elentra and even personally provided front floor mats for me which was above and beyond his duty. Thanks Mike! I rated every aspect a 5 with the exception of " Overall Exsperience ". There was a short time that I felt uncomfortable. That is when I left the one on one with Mike (washroom) and came back to a different desk where Mike and 2 other people were. Felt a little pressured and thats why I waited until latter to commit to a deal. Obviously I was NOT upset as I did purchase. Will definatley recommend this store. For my latest purchase, I had 3 different car makes to decide on and sent all 3 dealerships emails requesting specific details. One did not reply for 2 weeks , one replied and wanted to talk forever about nonsense and Dean answered all my questions with relevant and important information. Working with Dean over the phone and through email was a treat in what is usually a very long process to get to the vehicle you actually want to purchase. I had decided on all the options, tinted windows, time of pickup and my deposit before my first visit to the dealership. The day of pickup was a breeze and our car, with all of the extra dealer options, was ready to go as promised.
