Mr. Sandoval, First of all, in my recent correspondence to Hyundai Canada (copied to Car Nation), I explained clearly that any small amount offered was “not a settlement for me” and does not take into consideration the nearly two months spent without my vehicle. If your company would like to issue me a formal apology then I will consider your request. Ms Nicole Bench of your company stated in writing that AutoValue should have completed the recall work and yet still no apology – no remorse. My feelings of appalling dissatisfaction have not changed when your company believes it is ok to lie and take advantage of someone who has spent so much money with your company and then not even offer an apology. I have asked numerous times for Mr. Rick Paletta to respond to me, but apparently he believes that customer service is not part of his culture. I have been telling my story – (of which I can verify every detail) to many people – and the ending of the story is always the same – not even an apology!!
