My old car broke down and I always wanted a Hyundai Vehicle. I had rented a few over the years and i really loved the Hyundai vehicle so much, that when my husband and I decided to buy another vehicl Vehicle. I had rented a few over the years and i really loved the Hyundai vehicle so much, that when my husband and I decided to buy another vehicle we went to Auto Value Hyundai in Niagara falls. When I got there i was introduced to Mike. Mike was very pleasant, he greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake and he made me feel very welcome and relaxed. Buying a new car is a big decision and one, that i did not take lightly. I wanted to make sure that it was the right decision. When I dealt with Mike he made it clear to me that he was honest and even though he would get the commission from the sale, he was much more interested in making sure that the car was the right one for me and informed me that if i did not see anything I liked or felt comfortable in purchasing on the lof, that he would work with me until I found the car I wanted. When I went to Mike, I wasn't really sure what I wanted, or needed, all I knew is that I wanted something that I could afford, a comfortable, efficient vehicle that my family, could depend on, was spacious enough for the whole family, was nice looking to the eyes, safe, and a car that I could use and depend on for years to come. Mike introduced me to the Hyundai Elantra. He was very knowledgeable and informed. He took the time to sit with me, he asked me what i wanted and he worked with me to get me the vehicle that I really wanted, no pressures. He really did make me feel as if i was part of the Hyundai family. Even now he still calls us every now and again to make sure that the car is fine, and that we are happy with our purchase. I gave Mike the rating that I did becuase he really does deserve it. He found out what I wanted, he worked with me within my budget. and he also introduced us to Melinda the lady who helped me to get the financing for my vehicle. I have had my Hyundai Elantra now for almost three months, and I am loving it, my car is exactly what I wanted. I just would like to take a moment to thank Mike, Melinda and Auto Value Hyundai for making my first brand new car purchase a very positive and memorable experience. It was so memorable that Mike even took a personalized picture of Me and my brand new Hyundai Elantra and at that time I had so much mixed emotions that i really did not know how to react. Thank You Mike, Melinda and Auto Value Hyundai for caring enough to make my first car purchasing experience the best experience that I have ever experienced, when it comes to dealing in cars and dealerships. This is our 4th Hyundai Elantra. Found Dean, Matt and Rick very professional and helpful. Dean willingly answered all our questions. We never felt pressured by any of them. We were not pressured to buy and our salesperson (Adele) went over and above to ensure we were happy. They gave us their best price and gave us a price for our trade in and did not pressure us when we said went over and above to ensure we were happy. When we decided to buy, Adele went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met and that we were happy with the vehicle. She even gave us her personal cell phone number and told us to call her if we had any problems. I first met Mike while I was browsing the showroom waiting for normal service to be done on my 2011 Elantra. I found him very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. I mentioned that I had been thin waiting for normal service to be done on my 2011 Elantra. I found him very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. I mentioned that I had been thinking about upgrading to a new Sonata. The new Sonata 2.0 Turbo caught my eye but was more money than I would be comfortable spending. Mike immediately told me that the Sonata SE had most of the same features as the Turbo but was much lower in price. He offered me a test drive but I had no time that day. I returned a week later, sought him out again and asked what he could "tentatively" do for me with & without my trade in. I felt I could sell privately for more money than a trade in. Mike worked feverishly on a deal that would make me comfortable, brought in Ian for extra input and Matt near the end. These 3 guys really wanted my trade and did everything they could to both aleviate my anxiety of having to sell privately and make me an offer I couldn't refuse. By the end of the negotiations they had offered me even more that I was expecting and we were able to close the deal that afternoon. I met with Gisele who was kind, gentle and knowledgeable in all aspects of finance, (something I dislike very much). She made the entire transaction smooth, uncomplicated & easy to understand. We agreed that I could pick up my new vehicle in 2 days and upon arrival, the car was ready as promised. Mike went thoroughly over the features and benefits of the new car like nobody has ever done before, making me feel very comfortable with them. I left with a full tank of fuel and some other gifts they gave me along with lots of thank you's and hand shakes. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat. More

We've dealt with Matt before and found him to be a generally unpleasant experience, and this time was no different. We noticed with pleasure and gratitude that Adele deflected his attempts to intervene in our discussions and steered us out of the situation when she saw our evident discomfort at being approached by him. My 2013 Elantra SE coupe was my first Hyundai purchase, and I'm happy I was led to this dealership. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were treated very well. As soon as we started looking at cars outside, Mike came out (it was very cold I might add) to help us locate what we were looking for. He was very polite and respectful. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge he had-- able to answer any question we through at him! We took two cars for test drives, then settled on the Elantra Coupe. Amelio knew that we were coming to the dealership and went out of his way to get to know us, speak with us about what we wanted, and guide us through the purchase process. There was minimal "haggling" because there was a mutual respect; as the buyer, I wanted a great deal, but also respected the fact that the dealership needed to make money on the sale. I think a little courtesy on the part of the "buyer" goes a long way. Mike and Amelio hammered out a deal with us in less than 15 minutes. It was a great experience. I no longer dread buying cars. Rick and Jessica covered the financial aspects of the deal-- warranty coverage, roadside assistance, approval, signing the paperwork etc. They were both very kind and professional. I appreciated that they were so organized. I live in Brantford, so driving to this dealership was a bit of a haul. The four employees I worked with made it a memorable experience and I love my new car. I hope they are all still around when I come back in five years for my next purchase! More
