It is not every day that one buys a new car. In fact we can almost count on one hand the number of cars my wife and I have bought (never before a new one) since we first got married forty years ago. Buyi can almost count on one hand the number of cars my wife and I have bought (never before a new one) since we first got married forty years ago. Buying a car today reminds us of the time when we bought our first (semi-detached) home in 1973. It brings on similar mixed feelings of joy and fear. Thankfully the entire staff at Auto Value - Hyundai Niagara Falls helped us to overcome any fears and made it an event filled with joy and expectation. Today we gave our new baby ‘Tuscan’ its first real bath in preparation for its first real long distance ‘steps’. Next week we are taking Tuscan in to the friendly service staff to have it fitted with its first set of braces or trailer hitch to help dad carry along to his bike to his favourite cycling paths. Like all proud parents we will be happy to show anyone pics of our new arrival. Again we want to express our appreciation to everyone at Auto Value-Hyundai, Niagara Falls who helped us overcome the usual anxieties and worries in the maternity/showroom and deliver our brand new 2013 Tuscan. We look forward to years of worry free enjoyment as we travel together towards the future. More

Very friendly service! The staff here are so helpful and got me the car I wanted even though it wasn't on the lot. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. WOW! I thought I dropped into a good friend or WOW! I thought I dropped into a good friend or family's house. The people are AMAZING!! Joe Scozzafava is not a typical car salesman. Joe is everyt WOW! I thought I dropped into a good friend or family's house. The people are AMAZING!! Joe Scozzafava is not a typical car salesman. Joe is everything a car salesman needs to be (knowledgeable, good follow-up, clean, well dressed) BUT...He is things a lot of car salesmen are not. Genuine,truly interested in your wants and needs (not just his wants and needs). He furnishes you with all the necessary information so that you can make the proper decision to feel good about your experience, not pressured. I walked into the dealership looking for a future car. I walked out of the dealership knowing this is where I am going to purchase my future vehicles. My 21 year old son was even blown away with Joe and his personality. Brandon all ready knows who will be his next automobile salesman. The entire dealership is friendly, with the General Manager, Sales Manager both coming over to greet us and to thank us for coming in to consider them as our dealership of choice. I love my new Elantra Limited and picture a driveway full of Hyundais in the future. Well done Joe and gang! We were greeted by Ryan Billings. We told him what we were looking for and he showed exactly that. We ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Tuscon. The entire staff were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. we had a great time talking about football. We walked out of there satisfied with our experiene and excited with our new purchase. We were able to pick up our car this monday. we are extremely happy! we were happily surprised to receive a message from Ryan this afternoon asking how we were enjoying our new car. My experience at this dealership was outstanding! I wandered onto their lot to take a look at their vehicles, and to possibly trade my van for something smaller. I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Elantra - Mike Cernick was great to work with, he was friendly and attentive to my needs. I did pay a fair price for the vehicle, with little hassle.
