He was very knowledgeable in terms of answering our questions about the vehicle that we were considering. He promptly followed up our visits with phone calls and always encouraged us to return to the dealership for a follow-up test drive and to answer any questions we had. There was never a feeling of being pressured to buy a vehicle "on-the-spot". Matt (sales manager) was also very friendly and eager to please the customer, and he actually helped us to close the deal on the Elantra along with Dean. Rick (Finance Department) and his assistant were very friendly, efficient and thorough in dealing with the "paperwork" after we closed the deal. Our new Elantra was ready when promised and Dean introduced us to the Service Department and went through a detailed explanation of all the features of the vehicle before we drove it away. I went to Auto Value Hyundai to test drive a few vehicles, after having been out most of the day test driving other cars on my "wanted" list. Ryan let me know that there was a 2013, manual 6 speed (what I really wanted) available in the used lot - in my preferred colour! I liked dealing with Ryan because he spoke to me - the buyer, not just my husband. I often find that male sales people speak to the male present, not the woman - very annoying. Thanks to Ryan, a polite, respectful gentleman with a great sense of humour, I now own the car - the model, the colour, the year and the price - that I have wanted since they came out in 2012. I have actually had my eye on the Hyundai company since touring the plant in South Korea a few years back. I was very impressed by the company's humble philosophy.
