Recently we visited AutoValue Hyundai to test drive the 2013 Tucson. We were immediately greeted by Ryan Billings (R2) who took us out for our test drive pointing out all the features of this great vehic 2013 Tucson. Upon our return to the dealership we were given some numbers and then it was suggested that we return on the following Wednesday for their loyalty customer event for further savings. On that Wednesday more savings were offered along with an amazing price for trading in my 2009 Accent, thanks to Mark Thompson who sweetened the deal. Gisele Sartor made the finance process painless and was a pleasure to work with. All in all the entire team at AutoValue was very friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with Ryan Billings (R2) easy manner and knowledge. When I picked up my new Tucson the following Saturday, Ryan went through every feature with me and also set up my Bluetooth while I waited. We were not really enjoying the car as we did with the Hyundai models. We received and invitation to check out a sale that Hyundai was having. I decided that this deserved a telephone call to Amelio Paparelli. I told him our situation and he said come on down and we will get you back into a Tucson. When we arrived we were greeted by many sales people, managers, just everyone. They made us feel important. We met Amilo and then he introduced us to Ryan Billings. He immediately took us out to test drive a 2013 Tucson. Ryan was very informative and answered all of our concerns. Between Ryan and Amelio they worked out a deal suitable to our needs and made it possible for us to own another Tucson. We decided then to go ahead with the deal. After signing the deal, we were introduced to Rick Di Stefano the financial service manager who went over all of the figures and discussed the different warranties that we could purchase if we wanted. There was no pressure from Rick to purchase any of these warranties. He explained everything in detail. On picking up our vehicle, Ryan had the car ready for us and explained all the different instruments in the Tucson. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. He was very professional and so polite. Everyone at this dealership were polite and professional. They made time for us. We would definitely recommend this dealership to all of our friends. More
