Ordered a trailer hitch which was installed but after taking posession of the new Sonata, was informed that a hitch is not recommended nor approved for this car. I should have been informed of this fact taking posession of the new Sonata, was informed that a hitch is not recommended nor approved for this car. I should have been informed of this fact prior to the finalization of the sale. I thus requested that the trailer hitch that was installed ( which was a bicycle carrier ) be removed and I be refunded its cost. They said that it could not be done! I am currently considering my options to have this situation rectified. Apart from this oversight by the seller, I found the experience well above my expectations! More
