This is my second car in a month. I couldn't have asked for better staff. Everyone was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were happy with the car that you purchased. I rated customer services the lowest because of the initial response we were given when we told the sales rep what we could afford in terms of montly/bi-weekly payments. As we were about the leave t initial response we were given when we told the sales rep what we could afford in terms of montly/bi-weekly payments. As we were about the leave the lot, Matt came after us and asked us if were putting any money down. We told him yes, we had about 3k saved up - but was unfortunate their dealer had nothing we could afford. This is when he said "wait a minute, go show them the Tuscon or Elantra". Long story short - we're now proud owners of a brand new Elantra. Glad it all worked out- Credit to Matt. More
