I couldn't have asked for better staff. Everyone was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were happy with the car that you purchased. Our sales person Dean Gualandi was great exp helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were happy with the car that you purchased. Our sales person Dean Gualandi was great explained everything with no pressure he was the best. Matt Thompson sales manager was very kind and friendly and helped with the extended warranty great manager. Adele Burton business manager was warm and very caring she took time to explain all the paper work and made sure you knew what you were signing. She went out of her way to make sure you were happy with your purchase . She was a pleasure do have done business with. Chess service advisor is the best service advisor that I have had the privilege of doing business with. If there is a problem he is on top of it and sees that it is fixed he is the best. My husband and I have rated Autovalue Hyundai Niagara Falls with a five, but if I could I would have rated it much higher. I rated customer services the lowest because of the initial response we were given when we told the sales rep what we could afford in terms of montly/bi-weekly payments. As we were about the leave t initial response we were given when we told the sales rep what we could afford in terms of montly/bi-weekly payments. As we were about the leave the lot, Matt came after us and asked us if were putting any money down. We told him yes, we had about 3k saved up - but was unfortunate their dealer had nothing we could afford. This is when he said "wait a minute, go show them the Tuscon or Elantra". Long story short - we're now proud owners of a brand new Elantra. Glad it all worked out- Credit to Matt. More

Like it says very clear on their entrance door "here we treat you like family". I must say that saying suits them perfectly. I enjoyed dealing with Mike Cernick, he is an excellent salesman and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I'd reccomend him to anyone and everyone!! Thank you so very much!!! I was nervous about spending the money on a brand new car since it had been over a year I've had my old car paid off and loving no car payments. The problem was it needed more work than it was worth. We arrived at Autovalue Hyundai and started checking out cars in the lot. After some time to look on our own we had sales rep, Dean approach us and right away I felt very comfortable. I could tell he wasn't your typical 'sales guy' and really was just looking help us get exactly what we wanted for the best price. We test drove the Veloster and found Dean was very informative about all the ins and outs of the car. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and nice to work with. We decided that was the car for us and headed in for the paperwork process where everyone greeted us with a handshake and sincere smile. It's nice to be congratulated and treated so special b/c to be honest it's a lot of money to be spending so customers shouldn't expect anything less...general manager Amelio also came over to congratulate us which was nice to have. Everyone we encountered truly delivered and exceeded on customer service. We were later introduced to Dianne who was our business manger. Dianne was awesome...she explained everything so I understood exactly what I was signing for. We went with an eight year bumper to bumper warranty...so I'm worry free knowing repairs are covered which means no unexpected out of pockets car expenses. I'm also thrilled to see the savings I'm going to see on gas. Really the bottom line is...in order to make money you need to spend money. It didn't make sense for me not to buy this car...in fact my fiancée traded his 2009 Hyundai Accent (great little car) and bought the exact same car that I did only his is black. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Autovalue Hyundai for making our double car buying experience such a pleasant one. We are lifetime customers for sure! More
I recently purchased (June 6-13) my first NEW (Demo model) 2013 Hyundai Tuscon GLS Limited and without a doubt can rate this experience as EXCEPTIONAL all around. My first contact was via Autotrade model) 2013 Hyundai Tuscon GLS Limited and without a doubt can rate this experience as EXCEPTIONAL all around. My first contact was via Autotrader and submitting a request for information to this dealership in which less than 24 hours I received a call from one of the most pleasant, professional, and friendly individuals I have spoken to - Joanne Paparelli. After a short conversation about a demo model vehicle which just so happened to be her's, I was quickly excited to set up a time to come see the vehicle. Just to put it in perspective. I live in Waterdown and traveled 50 minutes to Niagara Falls to see this vehicle due to the service / conversation with Joanne and the competitiveness of the vehicle's pricing. A few day's later, I drove up to see the vehicle and was greeted at the door by Ryan Billings - a young salesman with a bright smile and professional demeanor. He quickly escorted me inside and introduced me to Joanne whom was exactly as I pictured. I was very open in discussing what I was looking for and part of this was trading in my vehicle (2007 XC90 Volvo). As I Ryan and I arranged to take the Hyundai out for a test drive, I was introduced to Amelio (owner) whom was going to look at my vehicle and present a trade in value. Amelio was extremely professional, NOT pushy at any time, but rather very accommodating and flexible to my needs and wants. After the test drive - in which Ryan was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, we returned to the dealership to 'crunch the numbers'. It was a painless process and in the end Ryan and Amelio and I were able to come to a 'win - win' on the negotiations both with the price of the new vehicle and the trade in of the old vehicle. I was completely satisfied and there was no 'aggressive sales pitch' or pressure to buy. The focus was on my 'satisfaction' and a mutually agreed upon deal in which we were successful in coming to. Two days later I picked up my new SUV and no exception to the previous service, I was introduced to Rick in Finance and he as well followed suit to the previous interactions I had with others' from this dealership - professional, friendly, and flexible. I settled all the financing with Rick and then was escorted to my new vehicle for a 'personal picture' beside it, in which I was going to get sent to me. What a nice touch to finalizing the purchase with my new vehicle. Overall - In the end Autovalue Hyundai gained my business for life and I got a GREAT VEHICLE and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE along the way. I can say it's like having an extended family and I would WITHOUT HESITATION RECOMMEND this dealer to all my friends, family, and acquaintances. The drive is well worth it!!! I am expecting no disappointments with my new SUV as I LOVE IT SO FAR. I only wish I was closer to the dealership so I could visit for every service required.
