My husband and I had been shopping all day for a new vehicle for our family. We had been to so many dealerships and for one reason or another left each dealership disappointed in their product or their vehicle for our family. I was ready to give up and my husband wanted to try one more place and that was Niagara Falls Auto Value Hyundai. From the moment we met Dean, to the taking of a picture of us with our new Elantra , we had an excellent experience . Everyone was curtious , friendly, but most of all extremely knowledgeable about their product . Dean Gualandi was our sales consultant. He was so passionate about the product Hyundai produces. He truly sold only to our needs. Dean made sure we were familiar with all aspects of our new Elantra and the warranty/ upkeep of our car before we took it home with us. Dianne Martin, Business Manager, made the financial process of buying our car easy and stress free. She and Joanne Paparelli literally pulled a rabbit out of their hats by getting that car and all the paper work done so we could take it home the next day. Which was a Saturday. I scheduled a regular oil change but thought I would check out the new Sante Fe XL. We were very happy with our current Sante Fe but always wished we had the third row of seats. Upon arriving I was greeted by the manager who directed me to Michael Mercadante who was very professional. I must say I did not think I was going to buy a Hyundai product but the quality and style of the new Santa Fe sold me. Mike seems genuine when dealing with customers and his opinions and views seem to be what the customer requires and not just sell you anything. Matt Thompson sealed the deal with what I thought was a fair deal for all involved. Thanks Matt for the thoughtful gift. Adele Burton made my least favourite part of the process, paying for the vehicle even a pleasant experience. As a first time car buyer I have done a lot of research in order to make this big purchase & everything was pointing to Hyundai. I had originally went to Auto Value Hyundai to look at a demonstrator vehicle, but the car I was interested was sold. This was unfortunate but Lucia & Amelio were extremely helpful & knowledgeable through the process & worked vigorously to find me a vehicle at my price point. I had driven from Ancaster to the dealership, but Lucia & the staff of Auto Value Hyundai made me feel welcome, & that the hour drive was worth it. Lucia & Amelio ended up finding the exact model, colour & trim level I was looking for & the price was exactly what I was hoping to spend. Lucia made this process extremely easy & comfortable during what can usually be a stressful experience. I had the best experience! By far the best dealership I have been to, and I have been to a lot.
