My wife and I read on the Car Nation website, that their dealerships stress superior and friendly customer service. We decided to give them a try, so we went to Auto Value Hyundai to search for our new car. It was a great experience right from the first moment we walked through the door. We found and fell in love with our new Elantra. Lucia was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make our car purchase a reality. All the staff were outstanding, a real credit to the Car Nation philosophy. We definitely will recommend Auto Value Hyundai and Lucia Moutilika to all our family and friends when they are in the market for a new or used car. More

Mike was very informative and friendly. He was not "pushy" at all and was concerned about my needs. Being a single woman I did not feel that he was trying to take advantage of me or try to sell me som "pushy" at all and was concerned about my needs. Being a single woman I did not feel that he was trying to take advantage of me or try to sell me something I was not interested in (like some other dealerships), and even though I had my son-in-law with me, MIke looked and talked directly at me. This was my first time to buy a new car and can actually say that I had FUN, and it was a pleasurable experience. I will definitely and have already recommended people I know. More

I have spent the last 6 months reviewing new SUV's ,but when the actual vehicles trails started it was very time consuming. From the minute i walked into the door, this was the best car buying experience i have had and this is my fourth different dealership i have bought from. Ian is great at what he does and knows how to do his car buying experience i have had and this is my fourth different dealership i have bought from. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and I hate car shopping. Joe Scozzafava was very helpful, did the best for us and our needs in a car. Had to go back for a few minor details and everyone was very helpful and solved the issues not problem. Overall experience was 100%. I love my new Elantra :) More
