My wife and I entered this dealership looking to purchase a brand new Santa Fe. We met with a young salesman who was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. The time cam to discuss pricing and trade in value for our vehicle and everything was going great until the General Manager became introduced himself. This little rude man decided it would be appropriate to verbally embarass and discipline the salesman in front of us. His demeanor was rude and accusatory which resulted in us arguing with him to defend the salesman. We were quickly escorted to a private office where he tried to back pedal about his actions and explain his inappropriate outburst toward the salesman. He then tried to buy us back by offering an additional $500 on our trade-in. Needless to say We now drive a beautiful Acura MDX and will never enter this dealership again as long as Amelio PAPAGALLO is the General Manager. His actions brought discredit on the Hyundai brand which wew had been very impressed with leading up to this incident. More

Gisele Sartor did all of our paperwork and had us out the door in as little time as possible (great when you have kids at home waiting for dinner). Joe was able to find and locate our car (we wanted a black one...which the dealership did not have in inventory) within 2 days and had us driving in our new car by Hallowe'en. Jaqui O'Shannahan did the final paperwork, as Gisele was busy with another client when it came time for us to do the final sign-off. Upon my arrival Lucia was at the door to greet me and yes open the door for me. She had a few Santa Fe models ready to take out for a road test and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. She was patient, the not pushy explained the costs. Dealt with Amellio for final pricing and he was very friendly and accomodating. I wanted a quick turnaround, next day delivery and Lucia made it happen.
