Went in to the dealership and Tino was ready for me. We got set up with Jacqui who was very helpful in entertaining us while processing the paper work. The dealership compensated me for my ride from GTA by providing me with lots of goodies which most i find would be useful except for the cup. I realized it was plastic in the inside while steel in the outside when i got home, where i was hoping it would be stain throughout. I felt very welcomed when i entered and definitely would recommend this dealership, the purchase with them was the best deal i could find and i am very happy for their services and help. Tino was amazing and would recommend others to have a discussion with him if your serious about your purchase, he caught my drift and knew i wasn't into games and offered me a very good deal. More
My wife and I decided to trade our 2004 Hyundai Sante Fe (214,000 km) in for a brand new one. We dealt with Joe Scozzafava as our salesperson. Joe was very helpful in explaining all the new features on the 2013 Sante Fe and was very friendly and approachable. Gisele Sartor did all of our paperwork and had us out the door in as little time as possible (great when you have kids at home waiting for dinner). Joe was able to find and locate our car (we wanted a black one...which the dealership did not have in inventory) within 2 days and had us driving in our new car by Hallowe'en. Jaqui O'Shannahan did the final paperwork, as Gisele was busy with another client when it came time for us to do the final sign-off. We had a very positive experience with all the staff at the dealership. More
Had been visiting the service department with my Santa Fe for some time and was getting superb and friendly service so was decided to deal with this dealer for my upgrade. Spoke with Lucia on a few of my vi for some time and was getting superb and friendly service so was decided to deal with this dealer for my upgrade. Spoke with Lucia on a few of my visits to the service department while my vehicle was being serviced. Finally made an appointment for test drives with Lucia. Upon my arrival Lucia was at the door to greet me and yes open the door for me. She had a few Santa Fe models ready to take out for a road test and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. She was patient, the not pushy explained the costs. Dealt with Amellio for final pricing and he was very friendly and accomodating. I wanted a quick turnaround, next day delivery and Lucia made it happen. I was very satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend friends and family shop Auto Value Hyundai for their automotive needs. More

I am the owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra purchased new at AutoValue Hyundai. The vehicle has had a grinding noise in the front brakes since new. The issue was noted to the dealer on the first service and a AutoValue Hyundai. The vehicle has had a grinding noise in the front brakes since new. The issue was noted to the dealer on the first service and after inspection no physical issue could be detected. The issue has persisted and on investigation I discoverd I was not the only one who had this experience. Hyundai U.S. had issue a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB #12-01-036-1) regarding the issue which was determined to have been caused by the composition of the front brake pads on certain earlier production vehicles before the faulty pads were discovered. I again approached the dealership and Mr. Nicholson in particular regarding the TSB and was told that the warranty had expired (3 days prior) and that the issue was that the car required a brake service to remove rust on the rotors...at a cost of $89. I was informed that the car was not driven enough to clean the rotors as evidenced by the low kilometers (7,000 kms. approx.). Mr. Nicholson refused to consider the TSB which I presented. On leaving the dealership I was approached by the Sales Manager, Mr. Matt Thompson, who had noticed me driving away and simply wished to say hello. Mr. Thompson , with whom I have had a good relationship with and was instrumental in the purchase, was unfortunate enough to have had the bad timing to inquire how I was, at which time I informed him I would not be servicing either of my Hyundai's nor purchasing any further vehicles. To Mr. Thompson's credit he asked me to wait on the lot while he attended to the service department and on his return informed me that the brake service would be completed free of charge. The service was completed without replacing the pads and again a copy of the TSB was presented to no avail. The noise of course persists and Hyundai Canada was subsequently contacted to seek satisfaction referencing the U.S. service bulletin once again. The response of Hyundai Canada was that the U.S. and Canada were different companies (Even though the cars are produced on the same line using the same parts). They had also contacted Mr. Nicholson who indicated the issue was rusty rotors from the car not being driven...which of course has not resolved the issue and was incorrect. Hyundai was informed the car is driven daily for most of the year but only short distances, which was explained to Mr. Nicholson, hence the low mileage but hardly reason to suspect lack of use as the cause. I am on my third and last Hyundai vehicle in four years and am amazed at the lengths the company and dealership will go to in order to promote and sell vehicles but are unwilling to acknowledge and replace such an inexpensive part. Jacqui was wonderful in educating us on extended warranty. Our SUV was amazing and had a full tank of gas for the long 2 hour journey home. In addition, Matt and Lucia provided a spare key for the vehicle. These are examples of the excellent service provided including the wonderful birthday gift and card Lucia presented to me. We highly recommend that you visit Auto Value Hyundai for your vehicle purchase. Open 7 days a week providing excellent service, loyalty and professionalism.
