The day I walked into AutoValue Hyundai, it was basically to gather some information. I had just been to the Nissan dealership, seriously looking to purchase a new vehicle. The service was not good. The salesperson could not have been more disinterested in me and after speaking with him and introduced to the General Manager, I left without having even been asked for my phone number. Needless to say, I was not expecting much when I arrived at AutoValue. Neither was I expecting to be introduced to Lucia, who was a former friendly neighbour of mine. Lucia demonstrated excellent skills in determining what I was looking for in a new vehicle. She listened to my comments and offered good advice, recommendations and possibilities. Instead of telling me what I could not afford or what they couldn't do for me, I was assured from the start that she would find the right vehicle for me. I was impressed with how Lucia presented the information, especially the features that were standard with Hyundai, which I really now feel really sets them apart from other comparable brands on the market in this class, both in safety and comfort. Before and during the test drive, Lucia demonstrated good sales skills, and she has a genuine way of presenting information that comes off very natural. The overall dealer experience also exceeded my expectations. Being greeted right away and offered 'Hello's' from others not involved with me in particular made me feel welcomed and that my business was appreciated. The business part with Adele was also excellent, she was friendly and enthusiastic throughout. The service after the sale was also professional and efficient. Every effort was made to work around my schedule for the delivery of my new car and not around Lucia's. It was also nice to be introduced to the Service Manager. I have now had my new car for two weeks and I look forward to getting into and driving it everyday. The heated seats are wonderful, maybe the best feature of all! I'm very happy with my purchase and my overall experience with AutoValue Hyundai. I will recommend your dealership with pleasure. She was super informative, showed me everything I needed to know, and most importantly didn't pressure me into buying anything right away.
