My husband and I were made welcomed the minute we entered the show room. We were provided with coffee and hot chocolate. Our sales rep Michael Cernick gave clear information about the Santa Fe. He explained in detail about the cost, including the financing, and services available. We were offered the Black Friday special even though it was Saturday. Erik Janusiewicz was great. Nice person to deal with and would recommend to a friend. Delivery was completed in 1 week. All the buttons and inner workings of the car was carefully reviewed. We have not experienced such a smooth purchase. We have wanted an SUV styled car for some time. If this car runs as nice as the last car we owned (Nissan Altima ) we will be more then pleased. More

It was a cold, windy, rainy day. Not a great day to go looking for a new car. But once I pulled into the dealership, and had Ryan (R2) show me the exact car I was looking for, color, style, but most impor looking for a new car. But once I pulled into the dealership, and had Ryan (R2) show me the exact car I was looking for, color, style, but most important, the right price, I knew today was going to be that day. The moment I took the car out for a drive, I was hooked. I thought it couldn't get any better. But once inside the dealership, I was greeted with nothing but smiles, friendliness, but most important, affordability on obtaining the car I wanted. Though R2 was the man who sealed this great sale, I also dealt with Gisele Sartor and Matt Thompson who were an added bonus of the Hyundai 'Famiy'. I highly recommend this dealership for their overall affordability, friendliness, but most importantly, knowing they will be there in the future for myself and my Elantra Coup GLS. We are very experienced customers when it comes to buy cars. We had not very good experience in the past and this new experience at Auto Value Hyundai was the best we ever had. Everyone was nice and welcoming starting with the phone call and we came to the store and we meat Lucia and we found out that she speaks russian which was convinient. We lookied at Elantra and Sonata and we liked both cars. We end up buying the Sonata we love the car. Matt made sure we got a great deal and Jaqui did the paper work. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy and i think we are going back soon. Great experience and i will recomend the dealership to anyone i know. More

Like we said in the first review we did go back to the dealership to get our second car with in a week. They helped us huge taking on trade two vehicles and we got ourselves a Tucson also. We were thinkin dealership to get our second car with in a week. They helped us huge taking on trade two vehicles and we got ourselves a Tucson also. We were thinking about an SUV for winter and for more cargo space. I think our Tucson will meet our needs perfectly. Thank you to Auto Value and their great team for taking care of us.
