Our little runabout was getting a little long in the tooth. AVH gave us more on trade, greater discount and better pricing on add-ons than anyone in the Niagara Region that we spoke with. They also realised the car we were looking at, although very nice was not the car we really wanted. We came up a little , they came down a little and we met in the middle on a car we are MUCH happier with! Ryan P. is an amazing young man who really makes you feel comfortable. I had actually shopped with him in the Spring and then changed my mind at the last minute as it was over my budget. I did tell him I'd be back. When I was back he didn't make me feel "oh gawd not her again" like several of my industry friends did. They didn't low ball our trade like many did and they respected my industry knowledge like many didn't. In the end it was my mum buying and financing the car so it was HER decision and the Veloster was the car SHE wanted and they made it happen. My Mum is 71 years old and they never made her feel like "an old lady" and they bundled up her new car in a beautiful bow for her. Mum is over the moon and so am I. My husband and I will be bring our KIA product to AVH to service now as well. Thank you Autovalue Hyundai! More

I have been dealing with Sandra since she came on board as a service advisor in January and I find her to be very professional and cooperative. I don't get the feeling that she is just trying to get my veh as a service advisor in January and I find her to be very professional and cooperative. I don't get the feeling that she is just trying to get my vehicle in and out as fast as possible and that I'm "just a number" to her. I find that she listens and asks pertinent questions to understand any issue that I may be having with my vehicle. I have built a rapport with Sandra and hope to continue to deal with her in the future. More

My husband and I were made welcomed the minute we entered the show room. We were provided with coffee and hot chocolate. Our sales rep Michael Cernick gave clear information about the Santa Fe. He explained in detail about the cost, including the financing, and services available. We were offered the Black Friday special even though it was Saturday. Erik Janusiewicz was great. Nice person to deal with and would recommend to a friend. Delivery was completed in 1 week. All the buttons and inner workings of the car was carefully reviewed. We have not experienced such a smooth purchase. We have wanted an SUV styled car for some time. If this car runs as nice as the last car we owned (Nissan Altima ) we will be more then pleased. More

It was a cold, windy, rainy day. Not a great day to go looking for a new car. But once I pulled into the dealership, and had Ryan (R2) show me the exact car I was looking for, color, style, but most impor looking for a new car. But once I pulled into the dealership, and had Ryan (R2) show me the exact car I was looking for, color, style, but most important, the right price, I knew today was going to be that day. The moment I took the car out for a drive, I was hooked. I thought it couldn't get any better. But once inside the dealership, I was greeted with nothing but smiles, friendliness, but most important, affordability on obtaining the car I wanted. Though R2 was the man who sealed this great sale, I also dealt with Gisele Sartor and Matt Thompson who were an added bonus of the Hyundai 'Famiy'. I highly recommend this dealership for their overall affordability, friendliness, but most importantly, knowing they will be there in the future for myself and my Elantra Coup GLS.
