As a first time car buyer I have done a lot of research in order to make this big purchase & everything was pointing to Hyundai. I had made my decision on purchasing the Hyundai Elantra GT, then visited ma in order to make this big purchase & everything was pointing to Hyundai. I had made my decision on purchasing the Hyundai Elantra GT, then visited many Hyundai dealerships in Southern Ontario that had the vehicle that I was interested in. I had originally went to Auto Value Hyundai to look at a demonstrator vehicle, but the car I was interested was sold. This was unfortunate but Lucia & Amelio were extremely helpful & knowledgeable through the process & worked vigorously to find me a vehicle at my price point. I had driven from Ancaster to the dealership, but Lucia & the staff of Auto Value Hyundai made me feel welcome, & that the hour drive was worth it. Lucia & Amelio ended up finding the exact model, colour & trim level I was looking for & the price was exactly what I was hoping to spend. Lucia made this process extremely easy & comfortable during what can usually be a stressful experience. I had the best experience! By far the best dealership I have been to, and I have been to a lot. Upon inspection there were a few imperfections in the paint which I was prepared to polish out at home. After pointing these out, within 10 minutes they were repaired to our satisfaction and we were on our way. This was an on-the-spot, instant repair! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
