Worst Customer Service Ever I purchase a used car from their lot. The sales process was great and everybody was very friendly. About a week later I was having tire problems so I purchase a used car from their lot. The sales process was great and everybody was very friendly. About a week later I was having tire problems so I returned to the dealership. I was told by Ray the Sales Manager that this car should never have passed a safety with the tires as is, but because they were specialty tires there was nothing they could do. They put air in them and sent me on my way. About 2 weeks later both front tires completely blew. I returned to the dealership and was told they couldn't fix them to go to Niagara Battery and Tire. I went there and purchased new tires, where I was told that I shouldn't have driven off the lot in these tires. I returned to Hyundai where I asked them to reimburse me for the tires. I was told I would receive a call within the week. They never called me. I waited and waited and have been promised calls back, and promises but have never gotten anywhere. this has been going on since Oct/November and it is now almost May! I went into the dealership about 3 weeks ago to once again complain that I haven't heard from them and they told me they would get this taken care of. Once again, never heard anything...I called again today, and am once again "waiting" for them to call me back with more empty promises. Morale of the story...they sent me off the lot in an unsafe vehicle and are stringing me along so they don't have to deal with this. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!! I will never deal with this dealership again, and will not recommend this to anyone. More

Great Customer Service I went in a few weeks ago and Darcy was great help! I had to buy new windshield wipers and not only did he answer all my questions but he put the wipe I went in a few weeks ago and Darcy was great help! I had to buy new windshield wipers and not only did he answer all my questions but he put the wipers on for me while showing me how to do it. It truly made me glad that I bought a Hyundai. I will go back to him any time I need parts for my car. I also told my friend who also has a newer Accent to go see him if she needed anything! Keep up the good work! More

So many excuses I bought a brand new Elantra Touring, the sale it's self was ok, although management seems sleazy. Fast forward a few months and the radio has never h I bought a brand new Elantra Touring, the sale it's self was ok, although management seems sleazy. Fast forward a few months and the radio has never had reception. They have replaced the radio and the antennae and the issue still persists. Now, almost 3 years later and they have still not fixed it and everytime I take it there, I get told there are no notes and so and so wasn't here then and let me look into it and get back to you. Needless to say, no one ever does. The warranty expires in a few months so obviously they are just making excuses until they no longer have to deal with it. Which leads me to the next issue, ever since I got this car, in the winter the entire inside of the front windshield frosts up. It takes a good ten minutes for the defrost to get hot enough to melt it. I brought it up at the dealership and was given excuses about the weather and blah blah blah. My husband's hyundai is parked right next to mine and doesn't have this issue. The last excuse was that it was due to moisture from the sunroof. Really? So, no leaks in the sunroof but somehow it causes the frost. You should use that as a selling feature, new and improved, sunroof that will cause incredibly annoying frost problems in winter. I thought ok, how about a remote starter then to atleast deal with the problem since you won't fix it. Sure, that'll be 600+tax. So, my car only goes there for warranty related issues (laughs) and I will never buy Hyundai again. Update! I got a call shortly after I submitted this review, I returned John's call and was repeatedly asked if I was the one who wanted the 4 tires. Then he couldn't remember why I called and his response was 'yeah'. I was given more bs about how every car in their lot frosts up on the inside and we'll have it detailed for you and you can have 100 off the installation of a remote starter. If I could leave a negative number of stars I would. More
Above and beyond Lee and John went above and beyond to help me when another service center installed my winter tires incorrectly and stripped the lug nuts on my 2014 H Lee and John went above and beyond to help me when another service center installed my winter tires incorrectly and stripped the lug nuts on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Even though it wasn't the dealers fault they gave me a loaner car and went to the other service center to pick up my car once they "corrected" their mistake. Once they had the car back they also inspected everything to make sure it was done right and that it was safe to drive. I am extremely impressed and will be telling everyone about the awesome service. It's not very often anymore that a dealer would go above and beyond like AutoValue Hyundai has done for me. More
