I was looking thru Auto Trader on line and found a used truck that I was interested in, the truck looked great and had low kilometers and also was priced well. I sent a quick note thru asking what was the best price they would let the truck go for. A response arrived the next morning. Saying I could let you have for $xx,xxx.xx Plus HST. WOW what a great price! I followed up after work that night saying I live in Toronto and don't have time to come to Niagara Falls, but was interested and I would give him $100.00 if he brought it to me. (I didn't want to waste his time if the truck was not what I wanted) He told me "We don't work that way" and would not accept the money, but would bring it out for free. Wow, who does that? Bottom Line, we took a test drive, it ran great, we shook hands, he got the truck certified, arranged financing, put 4 new tires on it (I didn't even think it needed them) got it rustproofed for me, arranged insurance coverage, license plates and delivered the truck to my door. After 5 minutes of paper work, it was done. I now have a Beautiful Truck. How can you top that for service? This guy is great! He even had another car follow him out to drive him back to Niagara. If the truck is half as good as Mike has been, and I know I will be happy. I won't forget this type of service. FANTASTIC!!! More

At no time did I feel pressured to purchase a car which made the experience exciting rather than intimidating. I originally went in looking at the Accent and Mike was quick to inform me of the better value on the Elantra for that month. He did not pressure me to the Elantra over the Accent and priced out both for me to take home and consider. In the end I think I choose the better car for myself and I thank Mike for informing me of the current sales. Overall the atmosphere was exciting and professional and I feel like this is a tough experience to beat! More
