I saved $ 1250.00! I needed a second opinion, as I had been informed by my Tire Dealer/Mechanical shop elsewhere in Niagara Falls that my 2012 Hyundai Elantra needed new I needed a second opinion, as I had been informed by my Tire Dealer/Mechanical shop elsewhere in Niagara Falls that my 2012 Hyundai Elantra needed new front struts and rear shocks as I had been experiencing severe road noise and my regular mechanic had indicated that the cause was my tires. (15,000 km's on them since new). I was told the cost to do this work was $1250.00 (plus tax). My car has 144000 km's, and I was told by this unnamed shop that the regular service interval was 80,000 km's and that my shocks and struts were way past their lifetime. I stopped by Autovalue Hyundai to ask when they could look at my vehicle, and they were able to take me in immediately! The Service writer was "Mark" and he was very friendly and informative. A mechanic named "Dave" ? came out to the Service area and introduced himself to me. He offered to take my car for a road test and perform an alignment check. I was told by Mark and Dave that the alignment was within specs and there was no problem with my struts or shocks, and that there were no leaks or drivability issues and everything was "tight" I was further informed that the tires that the "unnamed tire shop" sold me were inappropriate for my Elantra as they were a performance tire, and were comprised of a very soft rubber compound that was producing a "howl" at all speeds, which was especially BAD on the highway. (The tires were wearing unevenly as they were not designed for my 2012 Elantra, and this was causing the road noise). I was very pleased with Autovalue Hyundai as they saved me a lot of money, the service was top notch from both the Service writer and the mechanic, and I was provided a valuable non-biased opinion. I was also NOT CHARGED by Autovalue Hyundai for the road test, the alignment check and the lightning fast service. My faith in the auto repair industry has been restored. Thank you very much! 2016 Elantra Sport Cameron Wilson was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai automobiles as well as the specials being offered by the dealership. 2016 elantra sport I just picked up my new Elantra after getting the windows tinted. The car looks great! I didn't give them a lot of notice that I wanted to come in for a test drive and even though the dealership was really busy when I arrived, they were expecting me and had the car I wanted to drive ready to go. I really appreciated being able to test drive the vehicle first before getting into a lot of detail with a salesperson. Other dealerships made me sit with a salesperson for 20-30 minutes before I even knew if I liked the car. Matt's straightforward no-pressure sales approach was amazing. I thought I wanted an Accent but I didn't know if it would be new or used. Matt went through the used vehicle list and we went out on the lot to look around. He also priced out a new Accent for me a few different ways to make sure I'd be getting the best deal with all of the promotions that were going on. I ended up going with an Elantra - the July promotion was too good to pass up. Matt patiently and knowledgeably answered all the questions I texted him throughout the day and by the end of the day I was ready to buy. Once my financing was approved after working with David, I was able to drive my new car home that night! I couldn't believe it and neither could anyone at work. It was a wonderful and completely unexpected perk that made me so happy. Start to finish, the entire process took two days. The level of service I received made me feel so comfortable and confident with my choice that I didn't need more time than that plus I was able to take advantage of the July promotion before it ended. Overall I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is what all dealerships should be like. Thanks again Matt, and David, for helping me get an amazing new car at an amazing price. More

Wow, did I ever get an awesome deal on my new Accent GL! I came to AutoValue Hyundai in Niagara Falls with the intent to buy the base model Hyundai Accent. I insisted, however, that my purchase would include the Hyundai blue tooth phone system -- and not an after market version. After much consideration and some awesome negotiations which were achieved thanks to my sale's rep -- Cameron Wilson -- I left with the GL model and all kinds of valuable extras that I had never envisioned. I got great service, and all these extras and still stayed within my spending limit. I am over-the-moon satisfied with my visit to AutoValue Hyundai! More
Not happy with the service My boyfriend just recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai veloster. Car was great for the first couple months, now that we seem to be having issues with the car, the service shop is horrible with repairs. They ordered a part that wasn't the problem! they didn't take the time to look over the issue with the sunroof so apt had to be rescheduled. Now that they "don't have" a rental car for us so the car can go into the shop for how ever long to fix all the issues we have to rescheduale yet again. Very disappointed. More
