Service I came to this dealership thinking I just needed an oil change and tune up only to find out it needed so much more - including a new tire. This dealer I came to this dealership thinking I just needed an oil change and tune up only to find out it needed so much more - including a new tire. This dealership is amazing. They found all the issues with my car that I wasn't aware of quickly. I got a shuttle home and was kept up to date with what was going on with my car. Service consultant Tina Kennedy is very knowledgable and is a great asset to the dealership. She made sure my needs were met , even making sure I could drive my car when a tire had to be ordered in and would not be in until the next day by having the spare tire put on - without going that extra mile my daughter whose birthday it was that day would have missed out on a great birthday dinner and trip to toys r us. I will definitely come back to this dealership in the future. More

Bad Service This is my 3rd review for this dealership, I gave 5/5 for the other two as I was extremely satisfied with old staffs. It was the best until new se This is my 3rd review for this dealership, I gave 5/5 for the other two as I was extremely satisfied with old staffs. It was the best until new service staffs came in. Sucks now don't go According to the service manager "Laurie" everything that I requested was fixed (headlight, taillight, navigation defect).. they swapped only left side headlight bulb and put bumper back on without asking me, so my car ended up having different colour head light bulbs for 2 days. Same thing for navigation, their receipt clearly says there was nothing wrong with my navigation system, yet I still lost direction all the time. Luckily I went to Hyundai in Oakville and was able to get all fixed. Couldn't believe a sentence "do not come back to our dealership anymore" came out from Service Manager's mouth. I said my family bought 3 cars from this dealership, yeah her reply was "but YOU only bought ONE" that's so funny so buying 1 car is not even important? Good thing I was able to open claim with Hyundai Corporate, I will update here once I hear something. Oh also, please do not give them bad review until you leave, they will get back to you for giving them TRUE review More

Inconsistent I have been going to AutoValue Hyundai for over a year now, and find that recommendations received during servicing are extremely inconsistent from me I have been going to AutoValue Hyundai for over a year now, and find that recommendations received during servicing are extremely inconsistent from mechanic to mechanic - some will recommend basic fluid flushes telling me that my car is in great shape, whereas other recommend extensive ++ mechanical work due to the condition of my car........ When I brought this issue up on my last visit, I was told that management at the dealership had recently changed and there had been a huge staff overhaul due to this very problem. I don't know whether this is true or not, but I am leaning towards not going back because I simply cannot trust the accuracy or validity of any of these recommendations. Overall - disappointed. More
