A Simple oil change This morning was my first visit to the service department at Autovaluehyundai, it was for nothing serious, just a good old oil change. As we were head This morning was my first visit to the service department at Autovaluehyundai, it was for nothing serious, just a good old oil change. As we were heading out the next day for a five and a half hour drive we thought this to be a good idea. As soon as I stepped into the service centre I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady behind the counter " Tina " . I explained the purpose of my visit and asked how long it would take to get a quick oil change as well as explaining the little time frame we had to deal with. She immediately pulled out all stops and said " give me your keys ". ( like now ). She then said that while the car was in the shop she would ensure that they would also take a peek at everything else that may need attention. I asked how long this might take? She replied - " please give us forty minutes" . WOW! I walked next door to the local Starbucks thinking as to how I was going to kill the next hour and a half thinking surely this will take much longer than Tina was hoping for. WRONG! Within the next forty minutes Tina called and said " all done, come and getter ! This was all done with in an extremely professional manner and with a huge smile. One of my favourite people in the whole world, the king of service " Mr. Walt Disney " once said..." Give people what they want and they will keep coming back. " we will be back. Tina at the service desk always goes out of her way to take care of her guests in a caring and thoughtful manner and goes out of her way to ensure I know what is going on with my car. The service staff are just as nice. I appreciate the way they conduct business here and we all have a choice of places to service our cars but I prefer to come here ... More

Exceptional Service Went to dealership after running over object on the 407. Very loud sounds. Within 20 minutes, diagnosis was given and shown to me. Service engine light on I had a strange noise coming from my car. I have little knowledge of auto parts, so the assistance I recieved was very helpful. The staff, specifically Tina, went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening at all times.. All the while ensuring I was comfortable as I waited. Great service great car! Walked in last week to look at a used car. Left and went to a different dealership to test drive another. Came back yesterday and met Joe again and he helped us get a brand new Tucson. Didn't talk us into getting the extra stuff only asked. Has a sense of humour. We didn't expect the car right away went out for lunch while the paperwork was being done and 10 minutes later I'm told it's mine. Left to go to service Canada and got a call asking "do you want it today?" ABSOLUTELY!!! we love it and definitely come back. More

Was disappointed in the trade in value offered, however Nick worked us past this with a reasonable negotiations on the way to an acceptable monthly obligation. At no time did we feel pressured into taking a path that was not acceptable to us. Financial Services Manager Caroline treated us with complete respect, even though we declined most (but not all) of her offers of supplemental products and services. The entire process was clean and easy. The car was ready at the appointed time the following day. All we can say is that we were very comfortable with the people, the process and especially the outcome. Eric Allan More
