I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughters last y I dealt with Mark D'anna and the Sales manager, Kelly Melmoth. Both employees were exemplary. I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughters last year of High school. They treated me and my daughter like VIP. After a very relaxed buying experience they drove the car home for us which saved us a couple trips. The next morning the cars check engine light came on. There was no warranty, but they offered to repair it for free. It was a very expensive repair, $1000+. Once, again, the dealership sales staff and Tina in Service went above and beyond. I recommend anyone who is looking for a used or new car, visit Niagara Falls Hyundai and Mark D'anna. More

Not impressive Salesperson told that car does not have any accidents and he would provide Carproof. Since we did not have much time and liked the car, we trusted him Salesperson told that car does not have any accidents and he would provide Carproof. Since we did not have much time and liked the car, we trusted him and finalized the sale next day with some other person. While signing, in the bill there were some kind of extra insurances added that I was not aware of I got them cancelled. Finally when we see the Carproof it indicates accident at left front. There was a scratch at the bumper closed with paint. Nothing major but we felt cheated. When we asked to the sales person, he claimed that what he said was "there is no insurance claim". When we show him the scratch at left front, He said he was not aware of that, he is seeing it first time. Overall it is a great car and he did not push as for buying. But, I think if you are selling something, you should know what you are selling and try to be precise with the description... More

Top notch, fast, efficient, friendly service. I was having a problem with my 2015 Santa Fe' NAV system that would constantly stall, so I contacted AutoValue Hyunday to explain the issue. My warr I was having a problem with my 2015 Santa Fe' NAV system that would constantly stall, so I contacted AutoValue Hyunday to explain the issue. My warranty on the unit had just expired, and I was afraid I was out of luck on this one. However, I had the pleasure to deal with Jane who immediately put me at ease promising me she would look into the matter to make sure I would have the NAV up and running asap. As from previous dealers' experiences, I honestly thought they would either say 'sorry, we can't do a thing', or I would have to wait forever. Well, Jane kept her promise. A new unit was installed within days, and a technician made absolutely sure everything was working properly before I left the dealership. I have nothing but praise for Autovalue Hyunday's service department. They're efficient, courteous, and never try to push "extras", always keeping their prices very reasonable. Keep up the honest, much appreciated, hard work!! More
