Car was in an accident I’m extremely upset with auto park. We went in just over a year and a half ago to purchase a small car to get me to and from work. When the vehicle we I’m extremely upset with auto park. We went in just over a year and a half ago to purchase a small car to get me to and from work. When the vehicle we wanted had been sold, the sales person convinced us to look at a Subaru since I had a long winter commute. It turns out that the sales person completely glossed over the fact that this car had been in an “incident” but not an accident, and, stupid me (first time car buyer) I trusted him when he said it had a clean record and nothing to worry about. This car has been in an accident previously and has so far cost us over $3,000 in repairs in less than a year and a half. When we went in, while the car was still under warranty, to purchase a second car, we spoke to someone about the issues we were having. The sales person was polite and told us to come back to speak to a manager to see if we could make a deal considering how much of a headache our first vehicle was (he seemed convinced that the manager would be happy to help us). The manager was extremely rude, and we walked out and purchased from a dealership in Barrie instead (which was a lovely experience with no issues with the car). I decided to let it go, but I’ve now been quoted almost 4,500 in repairs again (in addition to the 3,000). I will never purchase from Autopark again. I wouldn’t blame the dealership, except that the “incident” was glossed over and the manager was extremely rude. That said, I suppose it’s my fault for trusting a sales person. In addition, Autopark told us that they had put our winter tires on. Turns out they left the summer tires on, and I got the fun experience of driving through a blizzard with summer tires on, while expecting winter tires. More

Good dealership BUT. Just bought a Lincoln MKX but discovered the Navigation is 4 years and outdated. Was not told this, to update the Nav package will cost me $250. Feel Auto Park should have been more forthcoming regarding this. My salesman was a great guy, he doesn't set policy. Long story short be informed when you buy a high end car that has new technology.
