Easy to deal with. We were looking for a Santa Fe ?XL which seem to be hard to come by used. We had tested a couple and then in further searching on-line they had 3 newer models at a decent price with lower mileage . My initial contact was via Chat, then e-mail with Samantha, their internet lead manager. We then made the two hour drive to get there and were glad we did. Colin, our sales rep was friendly, patient and helpful - even when I wanted to test drive all 3 vehicles, with two of them being almost identical. We very much liked that the price advertised was the price and that they say that clearly on the website. Nunzio, who finalized all of the paperwork was friendly, open and easy to deal with as well. An overall good experience - and we got a newer car, with lower mileage at a better price than what we expected to find as we looked. More

When we left without a final decision, we later leaned that he had asked that the vehicle we were considering not be sold without him being notified. When we used his cell number to contact him he responded quickly even though he was not at work. Tyler was professional and agreed to contact our daughter when we told him the type of vehicle she wanted. He did follow up with her and even though she did not buy from Autopark she appreciated the information provided by Tyler. We spent less time with Shannon, however, we were very pleased with her attitude and professionalism. She explained everything very clearly. More
