Upon my second visit to this dealership and meeting Gord again It was great to be greeted with the same warm welcome that I experienced the first time. Gord asked if I was still searching for a Hyundia Sant again It was great to be greeted with the same warm welcome that I experienced the first time. Gord asked if I was still searching for a Hyundia Santa fe and I was impressed that he had remembered our first incounter. He proceeded to show the 10 cars that they had instock and allowed me the time to make my final selection without any pressure. The whole experience from the receptionist, the selection of a car and even accounting was a breeze. I did make one mistake and Gord came to the rescue. I needed to have a tow hitch fitted to the car and he managed to pull it off and still delivered the car at the promised time. Thanks again Gord (and the team) Roger M More
