No hassle purchase I really enjoyed my experience at AutoPark. Their "no hassle" pricing policy is an advantage if you have done your homework and know a car's worth. Customer Service Buying the truck from Josh was okay but there was a sleazy sales tactic used before I signed which I wasn't a fan of. He grabbed a random photocopy of a driver's licence from his co-worker's desk, put it in a folder, and said "great news! this guy was coming to buy the truck but we don't hold vehicles so it's yours if you want it". I felt this was a unnecessary snake-oil sales tactic that really made me question if I wanted to buy from Innisfil Auto Park. I am not sure if this is an accepted sales practice but I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. More importantly - during the test drive the speakers were faded to the rear speakers. I wish I would of noticed this before purchase because it turns out the driver's side speakers are blown. I reached out to my sales guy who emailed me said "try giving the manager a call.. once the truck is sold there is nothing I can do". Was that a joke? Call the manager? Customer Service would of been "hey, I talked to my Manager, he said bring the truck in so we can take a look at the speakers that were sold to you broken." In addition, I asked if the seats were actually shampooed as promised and this was completly ignored in his December 2017 email reply back to me. Overall, not a great experience. -Matthew G More
