Surprised Robb was excellent and even though I had certain types of cars I wanted to look at I ended up buying a car he demonstrated was a better fit. I found the finance closing portion a little pushy and would have preferred more to time to evaluate some of the extra charges but all in all I was surprised by the selection and the easy test drives of about 6 cars I did. Great Sales Person! Rob was excellent, even came to pick me up from work when i was picking up my new vehicle! I was having a lot of trouble from other dealerships; from being pushed to seeing if I'd be approved for financing before I had even test drove a vehicle to not being taken seriously because of my age. AutoPark Barrie was an amazing change geared towards professionalism and giving the best customer experience possible. The quality and price of the cars in their inventory is unparalleled by any other dealer in Barrie. To give an example, the vehicle that I purchased was listed for an additional $5000 at the dealership and $8000.00 more at a rival used car dealer. I went to AutoPark having no idea what type of vehicle that I was interested in. My sales rep Bob Bayard suggested I look around and make a list of cars I thought that I'd like. I did and we did a lot of test driving until I found the car I wanted. During this process Bob was friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicle even suggesting I test drive a car that wasn't on my list.
