Best post purchase support We bought a new car from Auto park Barrie and our car had to go to the shop pretty soon (still under warranty) so we took it to the manufacturers deal We bought a new car from Auto park Barrie and our car had to go to the shop pretty soon (still under warranty) so we took it to the manufacturers dealership to be looked over and they would not give us a rental car. Being disgusted with Hyundai customer service we talked to Josh who was our sales rep when we bought the car and he said he would see what they could do. Shawn Miller later called me up and said they would help us out with a rental for free as our car was being looked at. I know a lot of people talk the talk but Auto park Barrie also walks the walk. One of the Best Car Buying Expierences that we Ever Had We went in to AutoPark Barrie on Saturday July 11th 2015 looking at the 2014 Jeep Patriot that we saw on the website. There was Ivan to greet us out o We went in to AutoPark Barrie on Saturday July 11th 2015 looking at the 2014 Jeep Patriot that we saw on the website. There was Ivan to greet us out on the lot to ask us what vehicle were looking for. After choosing to go with the 2014 Jeep Patriot, Ivan handed us the keys and said "Take it out for a test drive". We enjoyed the positive attitude he had and he didn't pressure us on making a decision. We came in after the test drive and we finalized the purchase agreement. Ivan was so friendly and positive and passionate about what he does and we appreciated that. After we finalized the agreement we went over to Nunzio and finalized the amount due, type of payment and he was so friendly about it. While we were doing that Ivan was keeping my daughter entertained. The week after (July 18) we picked up the car and drove off. We would like to say Thank You Very Much AutoPark Superstore Barrie, To Ivan Ursomarzo and to Nuncio Iacobellis for making this a very Great experience.
