Shopping made enjoyable! I spent some time shopping for a newer, pre-loved vehicle and decided to browse at Autopark in Barrie. We were approached by Karl and he was fabulous! I spent some time shopping for a newer, pre-loved vehicle and decided to browse at Autopark in Barrie. We were approached by Karl and he was fabulous!! Social, not pushy whatsoever, and gave us lots of time to discuss and browse the lot without feeling like we had a tail. The process was made so simple and enjoyable. After test driving a few Jettas, we picked one and were on our way in no time, ready to pick it up on our schedule a week later. After having the car for a couple weeks, I know we made the right decision with this vehicle and with Karl at Autopark. Ask for him when you go! More

Bait and swithch finance The dealer knew I wanted to delay the purchase by a month or more. I found a 2014 Ford Edge and I thought it was a good car at a good price. I was o The dealer knew I wanted to delay the purchase by a month or more. I found a 2014 Ford Edge and I thought it was a good car at a good price. I was offered and approved for a loan that was to be differed for two months, this was on a Tuesday. I have the signed accepted sale agreement with the approved deferral. On Wednesday I brought a trade in to be evaluated and again spoke to S Miller and was not told that anything had changed. On Friday I went to pick up the Edge and was not advised that anything had changed, just told to sign and that the first payment would be in September, no explanation, no differed loan. The revised sales agreement was signed by S Miller however she was not present. I should have walked away but was off balance from this underhanded maneuver and was fearful of my deposit. This dealer sells the sales experience as well as the automobile so if you are in the market for back office dishonesty this is the place for you. Worst experience ever for a car purchase, no effort to make it right, no explanation and the car is forever tainted by this deception. For an added kick the fellow who was in the office tried to question my integrity…nice. More

Honesty, Professionalism, Putting the Client First Ian is definitely not your "everyday car salesman". I have been recently looking for a new car... after spending about 30 minutes at autopark with him Ian is definitely not your "everyday car salesman". I have been recently looking for a new car... after spending about 30 minutes at autopark with him yesterday, I am absolutely sold and haven't even found a car yet!!! He listened to my needs, and helped me look at cars that were in my best interest. The car i was looking for wasn't at their dealership, however, he did not once try to upsell me on another car, and made sure that he and his team would do everything in their power to get me the car i wanted!! In my hunt for cars, I have been visiting other dealerships that have constantly been trying to upsell me on cars that are out of my price range. I can truly say that Ian is focused on building an honest relationship. He has the best intentions for his clients, and wants to find them the car they are invisioning. Thanks again Ian!! More
