I purchased a pre-owned car last May in Richmond Nissan Applewood. I have to tell you that I had dealt with a few car dealers previously but Walter from Herman's team was the most genuine and honest car de Applewood. I have to tell you that I had dealt with a few car dealers previously but Walter from Herman's team was the most genuine and honest car dealer I have encountered. I decided to buy my wonderful car because of him honestly. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this person. Also, Eugene was also very kind to help out along the way. Nice atmosphere and customer service (ex. offering icecream and mat delivery to my home :) Thank you Herman for checking in after the purchase and I hope to buy a car there again with you all! Couple months ago a friend of mine was looking for a Nissan, and the first person I thought about was Sam Liang. Sam and his team sure know the ins and out of every Nissan out there, myself and my friend were quite impressed with the outcome. Sam offered a deal of a lifetime and we knew we couldn’t pass it up. First minute we walk in, Sam was very patient up until the end. So we decided to pull the trigger and buy a brand new GTR from him and his team. My husband and I were treated very well from the moment we walked in. We even left for a bit just to check out the other dealerships down the road just to see what else was available. Nowhere near as court we walked in. We even left for a bit just to check out the other dealerships down the road just to see what else was available. Nowhere near as courteous. We came back because of the way we were treated at the Nissan dealership from the get-go. That simple. Marco and his team were not only helpful and very knowledgeable, they all genuinely listened to us, right down to the final details of the red ribbon on the hood 😂 just before we drove off in our Frontier. We will definitely be coming back for our next purchase and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. More

After spotting the used car we wanted on the website (Juke 2012) we called Applewood Nissan and got through to Chris Otisi who from start to finish was professional and helpful. He supplied us with extra info on the car upon request and provided a great buying and service experience. We were hard on negotiating the price but Chris was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (we couldn’t see the smile because of the mask but the sound was there!) 😃. Chris is from Nigeria and he’s only 24 years old. He looks like a basketball player. Yes, he’s tall! In his short life, he knows everything about determination, hard work and resilience. With a diploma in Finance and Political Sciences, he’s sealing cars in Applewood Nissan Richmond. It's an asset for this company to value diversity in their staff members. Chris went above & beyond delivering the vehicle to our home and took an Uber to go back to the agency. All in all, great experience with this company and we would definitely deal with them again!
