I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Applewood Nissan Surrey following my vehicle purchase in December. As part of the transaction, I traded in my previous vehicle. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received the cable/accessory that belonged to my previous vehicle. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, the issue remains unresolved. More concerning is the financial mismanagement surrounding my trade-in. Due to delays and poor coordination on their end, I was placed in a position where I was required to make monthly payments on BOTH my old vehicle and the new one at the same time. This should never happen in a properly handled dealership transaction. This experience has caused significant financial stress and frustration. A dealership of this scale should operate with professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I strongly recommend that future buyers double-check all trade-in paperwork, financing timelines, and written confirmations before signing anything. More

I put down a $1,000 deposit on a vehicle that the dealership told me was available — only to later find out that the car had already been sold to someone else. The customer service was unhelpful and did not take accountability for the mistake. I trusted this dealership with my time and money, but the way this situation was handled showed a real lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to double-check everything before putting any money down. More
