Well, here you go, Folks. I am an avid customer of Applewood Nissan Richmond. I got all my four cars with them. My experience in customer service, sales, and management is pretty awesome. They are amazing people. They will explain everything to you with honesty. No hidden agenda. My sales advisor Kayden is a very nice guy, So much patience with me lol. The Manager in Finance Mr Masih Yahia is very very professional, very very good at every question you have he has always the answer. Very smooth process in general I am very happy with my new Nissan Rouge . This could be my forever car now lol. But honestly, I am so glad that I chose Applewood Nissan In Richmond. If ever that I ever need a new car again in the future I will never hesitate to go back to them, I will recommend them to Everyone. At Applewood Nissan you are in good hands. Keep it up, everyone!! hat I wanted at a fair price I think. Didn’t steal it from them but it checked literally all boxes. Almost perfect condition and history. Put a deposit on a car back in January 2022, was never contacted in terms of pricing when released, future allocations and was never allocated a car. These were preordered vehicles and i had to contact nissan canada if my order was in the system. Every time i tried contacting the dealership i was ignored and had to contact the GM to get an answer. I requested my reservation number many times and was ignored so im guessing the car i ordered was sold under me. Overall generally probably one of the worst customer service experiences i had and will not recommend. Even requesting a refund i was ignored by email and by phone as well. Glad jimmy picked up and did it quickly and i was also not notified he is not part of sales anymore as he told me More

May 18/23 my 2021 Nissan Kicks was in for a routine maintenance check. My advicer Sarah Tran was professional, efficient. The Apple Store said my new iPhone was set up and would automatically connect but after numerous attempts no success. The next day I returned to Applewood Nissan and approached Sarah. She was busy but would help me soon. Sarah is very tech savvy, within a few minutes and a few adjustments on my iPhone I was set up and ready to go. To me this was truly FIVE STAR SERVICE. Sarah had gone above and beyond to help me. I will have all my service done at your department and hope all your advisors will give me the same service.
