Put a deposit on a car back in January 2022, was never contacted in terms of pricing when released, future allocations and was never allocated a car. These were preordered vehicles and i had to contact ni contacted in terms of pricing when released, future allocations and was never allocated a car. These were preordered vehicles and i had to contact nissan canada if my order was in the system. Every time i tried contacting the dealership i was ignored and had to contact the GM to get an answer. I requested my reservation number many times and was ignored so im guessing the car i ordered was sold under me. Overall generally probably one of the worst customer service experiences i had and will not recommend. Even requesting a refund i was ignored by email and by phone as well. Glad jimmy picked up and did it quickly and i was also not notified he is not part of sales anymore as he told me More
