Maria immediately recognized the symptoms I was describing and involved her Supervisor. The problem I was having was the result of a faulty transmission. This was confirmed when the Supervisor recovered the corresponding code. When Maria explained the problem to me the new transmission had already been ordered and my warrantee had been extended. With in days the transmission had been installed. The Service Manager Bryan McKay took the time to explain the work that had been performed and personally sped up the delivery of my 2014 Pathfinder. Fortunately all work was covered by warrantee. Almost as important to me was the treatment I received from all team members. Everyone from the Parking Valets to the Service Advisors to the Service Managers were wonderful. I would recommend Applwood Nissan Richmond to anyone wanting work performed right the first time, who want to be treated as a valued customer and with respect. More

Extremely poor sales service Been there few days ago. Expected to have a look of the new 2017 Qashqai after received the ad, to see if it‘s worth to trade in my old Nissan. Howe Been there few days ago. Expected to have a look of the new 2017 Qashqai after received the ad, to see if it‘s worth to trade in my old Nissan. However, there is no such car in the show room. Wanted to ask a sales person for more info, but no one cares about you at all. So finally left and gave them an excuse for being too busy on something else. Few days later, I returned. Hope to have some luck to see or even test drive the new 2017 Qashqai. This time even worst. The one and only one sales person, who showed me the 2 new vehicles in the lot (with all doors locked), never return after promised to grab the keys from office and let me have a clear look of the interior and all features. I was left in the lot, waited under the hot sunshine for more than 20 minutes, without any sign that he will return. What the xxxx is going on for providing this kind of bad services to customer? Though I quite like the new Qashqai, I won‘t give business to this dealer in Richmind Auto Mall location, and rather go to visit others, either in Vancouver, Burnaby or Surrey. More
