Abdullah, Troy and Calvin are absolutely wonderful and they listened to us regarding our reason about the numbers. They did their best to adjust numbers to make us happy - no other dealership would compromise that much or care about our own personal reasons. We appreciate their service which didn't feel like service but friends doing each other a favour. The only bad thing they did was to make us fall for a Tesla, which we are grateful for as we are not going back to any other car anymore. Thank you so so so much Abdullah, Troy and Calvin! Horrible Experience Terrible.... Typical car salesmen at this location. I had issues with my car and the glitches it has with it. They took my car for 5 hours claiming Terrible.... When i came back, they literally tried to bs their way through it and basically told me they didnt do anything. Jason asked if i am happy with the car which I clearly said no so he brings out the GM Leon and repeatedly said they will make sure I will leave happy. So after making me wait another 2 hours going back and forth claiming they are going to make a great deal, they basically tell me I have to put down $1000 and another $50/month on a newer vehicle. What a waste of a day and my time... Typical car salesmen... do not go to this location... Highly do not recommend this location. More

Went for the trade up event I never agreed to buy anything and they never told me they'll do a credit check. I got an alert on my phone the next day saying my credit score had dr I never agreed to buy anything and they never told me they'll do a credit check. I got an alert on my phone the next day saying my credit score had dropped from excellent to very good. My score dropped over 100 points. I've always had excellent experiences with their service centre which I've been going to for over 16 years. Wish I could say the same about the dealership. More
