Great service - been going over 11 years! I have been going to Ancaster Toyota for over 11 years, after trying many other dealerships (I have 5 Toyotas 2 Scions and 1 Lexus). They are by far the best, always explain what is needed, and care about customer service. I have been amazed at what they have done for me, and my vehicles. They value my business, and it shows. Sure there has been some xxxx-ups with some items, but they have worked quickly to solve the issues. Remember a calm head prevails, people are always willing to help when you treat them with respect - it goes both ways. Jessica, Kaleb, and Marcus have been awesome, and Atilla is a very skilled technician. The parts department has also been a great asset over the years, again always willing to help. I have purchased vehicles here as well, and Debbie Askew is a great salesperson. More

A young, energetic service advisor who has knowledge beyond his years. He was polite. Professional. Courteous and beyond all else genuine and fair. The other reviews about the service department are in my opinion crap. I've seen how they interact with their customers and I know that they do not try to push sales nor are they rude. I hate it that their name is pushed in the dirt like this because people dont get what they want. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Terrible Customer Service We started our car search at this dealership because of it's convenient location. Our first visit to the dealership was just okay, the salesman was yo We started our car search at this dealership because of it's convenient location. Our first visit to the dealership was just okay, the salesman was young but seemed genuine, which I enjoy in a salesperson. However the follow-up was horrendous. He had promised to email us information regarding the questions we had but we never heard from him. So, we reached out to him and he claims he sent an email. So, we waited again and again no word. We called him and left a message but no call back for 2 days. Once we finally got a hold of him, via email, he claimed he left a voicemail, which was a blatant lie. Not only did he repeatedly lie to us he never sent us one piece of the information we were looking for. He did however, find the time to try and push us to buy a car we had already insisted we didn't want. That's when we walked away and I'm very grateful, after reading these other reviews, that we didn't purchase anything from them. More
