1 Star ONLY because the advisor is great Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Truck in several (4) times from 21,000 KM until warranty was up. Every time I would leave the same is Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Truck in several (4) times from 21,000 KM until warranty was up. Every time I would leave the same issues would come back. I was expected to pay every time to diagnose the issues and for over a year was told there is no known cause of the issues I was having and that they couldn't do anything. Then at 61,000 Km the truck broke down and wouldn't run. Miraculously they knew what the issue was without out even looking at the truck this time. Naturally the repair was not going to be covered and they told me it would cost $1200+ to fix. This was the same thing the truck was in for 4 different times. Needless to say I went elsewhere and it was in fact the same issue. The other shop fixed it with the same authentic Ford part for $325.00. The only quality person I dealt with on most occasions was the service advisor Austin. Otherwise, this was the worst service I've had since at a dealership since Advantage Ford fired the previous Service manager. Cam Clark now gets my new truck and service business. More
The Shop I just took my truck in to have the Master Cylinder replaced, there was a recall on it. Their service rep called and said that my brakes on the fron I just took my truck in to have the Master Cylinder replaced, there was a recall on it. Their service rep called and said that my brakes on the front needed replacing. Now I just got of the phone and I'm getting all the brakes replaced. Long story short, why would the person who checked my brakes about 250 kms ago say they are at 6mm for the fronts and 5mm for the backs and then today they tell me, their 2-3mm for the fronts. Simple answer, when there service tech.s check your/our brakes , they either check the outside or the inside . In my case they checked the outside and said they were 6mm. They need to check both inside and outside pads. So the service person I talked to on the phone said they would let the shop foreman know. What Advantage Ford needs to do is come up with a New Written procedure for checking brake pads, that ALL service tech.s must follow, so this does not happen again. Safety Safety Safety it's driven in to our minds at work all the time, so why not here. And Yes I will keep taking my truck to Advantage Ford for their service and call backs are the best in Calgary More
Questionable tactics. I bought a new 2016 Ford F-150 from advantage a year and a half ago. The salesman (Maz) was amazing. Again the salesman was awesome. Recently I had an issues with my truck where the sunroof would not open. Upon a service inspection it was determined that a very small plastic piece from the sunroof had broken off and settled in the sunroof track. It then broke the track as it opened. Now the warranty department is telling me because it was caused by a foreign object (cheap plastic part of the same sunroof), that it is NOT a defect and therefore will not fix it. (Well they will, but not through warranty, so the cost to me will be $3000 minimum). *^that after my third fir vehicle in 4 years and 3 referrals. Thank you very much Advantage Ford for “standing behind” your products. Even the $4000 additional warranty that relies on “technicalities” to stick customers with the bill More

Sales representative was not nice We had came to this delearship in Calgary due to seeing a truck that caught our eye, travelling more than 5 hours for this specific truck. We pulled up and the truck was great, had a long drive, talked a lot about it but when we got talking about prices, the sales representative had quite the attitude when dealing with us, needless to say we walked away very unhappy with his words said to us. Would not recommend this delearship to anyone. More
Great service I had stopped in because one of my wipers weren't working. One side didn't move and I immediately thought the worst .
