Unscrupulous dealer completely lacking integrity. Accepted my offer on a vehicle yesterday in writing. Today sent me an email asking for a deposit, I replied 5 mins later asking what was required. An hour later I get an email saying they'd sold it to someone else. Nick Markin the sales manager who made both deals says "my hands are tied". Quite obviously they got a better offer after having already accepted mine and decided it was better to just ignore the deal they had already made. Do not trust anything these people tell you, the salesman had also previously made a promise verbally about warranty that ended up not being possible once it was put in writing. Basically a pack of dishonest, say anything to make a sale, stereotypical used car salesmen in this place. One star is 2 too many. More

Very Poor I came here after purchasing a new vehicle from them my new focus st had issues with vibrations coming from gearbox and clutch was loose they refused I came here after purchasing a new vehicle from them my new focus st had issues with vibrations coming from gearbox and clutch was loose they refused to do anything after the service manager had told me they were gona look at the clutch. They parked it after driving it around and handed me the keys to tell me everything is under warranty. They also tried to rip me off when purchasing a new vehicle I ended up going to Cam Clark where they gave me a way better deal! More

I feel that my trust as a customer was violated and that I was taken advantage of by the dealership. My main concerns were transparency in the repair plan for my vehicle and accurate billing. The entire process was based on guesses rather than solutions.. I also have reason to believe my vehicle was damaged while In the care of this dealership and these repair costs were passed on to me. I will never return as a customer and would not recommend it to anyone. More

1 Star ONLY because the advisor is great Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Truck in several (4) times from 21,000 KM until warranty was up. Every time I would leave the same is Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Truck in several (4) times from 21,000 KM until warranty was up. Every time I would leave the same issues would come back. I was expected to pay every time to diagnose the issues and for over a year was told there is no known cause of the issues I was having and that they couldn't do anything. Then at 61,000 Km the truck broke down and wouldn't run. Miraculously they knew what the issue was without out even looking at the truck this time. Naturally the repair was not going to be covered and they told me it would cost $1200+ to fix. This was the same thing the truck was in for 4 different times. Needless to say I went elsewhere and it was in fact the same issue. The other shop fixed it with the same authentic Ford part for $325.00. The only quality person I dealt with on most occasions was the service advisor Austin. Otherwise, this was the worst service I've had since at a dealership since Advantage Ford fired the previous Service manager. Cam Clark now gets my new truck and service business. More
