Done! 60.000 km warranty Bumper to Bumper is a lie. When you have any molding issues beware that you will be accused of hitting something because you have 4 60.000 km warranty Bumper to Bumper is a lie. When you have any molding issues beware that you will be accused of hitting something because you have 48.000 km. I’m the one that brought it to your attention not the other way around. It has never been hit and has been like that from the time I picked up the vehicle. However I’m told go through your insurance “If I “Justin”,send that in for warranty Ford will bill me 1000.00 Well Justin and Denis you have some work to do on your Customer Service! Only 3 vehicles bought there... and some referrals! Never will I set foot or refer any service there again! More

Successful F150 Purchase in 1 day I entered Advantage Ford the 1st dealership on what I thought was going to be the beginng of my long search to replace my 26 yr old pickup which final I entered Advantage Ford the 1st dealership on what I thought was going to be the beginng of my long search to replace my 26 yr old pickup which finally broke down for good on Christmas eve. I met Colton in Sales who turned out to be the perfect sales representative for me. Colton is polite and respectfull who listens and took notes on what type of truck I was looking for. By the time we stepped out on the winter day we had choosen 3 vehicals in his office that met my needs. My last purchase of a new vehicle took me a month of visiting dealers throught most of southern Alberta. To my surprise what I thought was going to the beginning of a long seasch for the right vehicle and deal only took a few hours. From the day that I walked into Advantage Ford and met Colton till the day I picked up my newly purchasd F150 XTR a few days later I can say that was the most relaxed most enjoyable puchase of a new vehicle I have ever had. As a Senior this was my 4th new vehicle purchase and the best experience so far. Having Colton Ostare as my sales representative made my new purchase a very smooth enjoyable experience. More

Unscrupulous dealer completely lacking integrity. Accepted my offer on a vehicle yesterday in writing. Today sent me an email asking for a deposit, I replied 5 mins later asking what was required. Accepted my offer on a vehicle yesterday in writing. Today sent me an email asking for a deposit, I replied 5 mins later asking what was required. An hour later I get an email saying they'd sold it to someone else. Nick Markin the sales manager who made both deals says "my hands are tied". Quite obviously they got a better offer after having already accepted mine and decided it was better to just ignore the deal they had already made. Do not trust anything these people tell you, the salesman had also previously made a promise verbally about warranty that ended up not being possible once it was put in writing. Basically a pack of dishonest, say anything to make a sale, stereotypical used car salesmen in this place. One star is 2 too many. More
