I took my 2024 F150 in for warranty work, but unfortunately, I encountered Alex, the worst service advisor I’ve ever had. He was extremely unprofessional and seemed to have difficulty comprehendi unfortunately, I encountered Alex, the worst service advisor I’ve ever had. He was extremely unprofessional and seemed to have difficulty comprehending Ford’s new vehicle limited warranty, despite claiming to have been in the industry for a long time. Alex insisted that since his truck had the same issue as mine, it was normal. He was also unwilling to provide me with any section of Ford’s warranty guide claiming that Ford has a 20,000 km “adjustment warranty.” (It doesn’t exist.) Fortunately, Alex Ford Canada has confirmed that this is a YOU issue, and another dealer has agreed to take the warranty work. Adjustments to the trucks body panels were made on the spot, and parts are already ordered. On a side note, Alex, it would be wise to be mindful of your tone when speaking about customers who clearly know more about Ford’s warranty than you. Especially when there’s a dash cam recording you. It’s disingenuous to claim that the tech found nothing wrong with my vehicle after I have him on video stating that the clock spring is making noise and you telling him not to worry about it because your truck does it. I had the most amazing service yesterday. On June 3rd I ordered an update to my 2020 Ford Escape GPS on line. What I expected was a usb that I could plug into my car to update my GPS. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks and sending 3 emails to the website I went to my dealership. I was greeted by Jackie (in the service department) and voiced my concern to a very helpful lady. She did some research and told me to wait a few days and come back if my emails were not answered. Magically, I received an answer next day telling me I had ordered a digital update (which cost me 104 US) and if I wanted a usb I’d have to order one. I immediately responded and pointed out that the website did not give me an option of ordering a usb reverses a digital update and charged me in US $ that was not refundable. I went back to the dealership ..Jackie recognized me right away, introduced me to Chi who took the long digital instructions and sent me home. I picked up my car next day and was charged $.00 dollars. Now ladies and gentlemen that’s service. I’m should say I’m not surprised as I have been dealing with Advantage Ford for 5 years and enjoyed exceptional service very visit. More

I had to bring in both vehicles recently on different occasions and the service, knowledge and the quickness of getting my vehicles back was amazing!
