I took my jeep in for an oil change,new windshield and the Pro package and the service department was so unhelpful. They made me explain why I brought my jeep in 6 different times not only that but could never give me an approxit time it would be finished. After finding out it was going to take all day I had to find a way to work. I came back to the dealership the next day since no one had called me to tell me what's going on with my jeep nor if it was ready. The person had service asked if my jeep was even there. I've never had such a poor experience in a service department. More
