I recently bought a 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 from this dealership. I got a truly great price, and was very happy with my new rig, until I discovered many weeks after the purchase that it did not have a limited slip differential, a feature I consider essential in a truck. I had dealt with a sales representative who was challenged in terms of understanding of what he was selling, and lacked attention to detail. The result was miscommunication in the sales process. By the time I was able to confirm the limited slip option was not in the truck, the sales rep no longer worked for the dealership. I took my issue to the sales manager, Louis, who brought general manager Scott into the loop. They listened to my concern, and we had a respectful, reasonable discussion. Ultimately, we reached a solution, which involved the dealership installing the feature at a very small cost to me. It took only a week for the parts to be ordered, and installation was done inside a day. The Abbotsford Chrysler service staff are a real pleasure to deal with. I now have a truck that fully fits my needs. The Ram 1500 Hemi is a sweet ride! There are vehicle buying and selling lessons for all here. For vehicle buyers, make sure every detail is on paper. Check it twice, and ask three times before you sign. For sales people, know your product. If you're not sure, check. Follow up. For sales managers, customer service, before and after the sale, is hugely important. Louis and Scott know it, and show it. More

I had done a considerable amount of research on the type, model and price expected to pay and was approaching the point of purchase. I was pleasantly met by Tyler Sealey and he showed me the vehicles of my interest. As I was soon expected at work, we didn't have a lot of time that afternoon but Tyler informed me of a sales event that weekend and further informed me of a recently acquired trade-in that had not yet been listed in their inventory. I returned the first evening of the sale, struck an agreeable price with the dealer, and arrangements were made for the truck to be available early the next week, after their regular servicing and detailing. I called on the appointed day and was informed that due to the flu bug, most of the detailing was far behind schedule. Tyler Sealey came in to work early to personally detail the truck to meet the delivery time. This quite impressed me. He has followed up with a thank-you call and a promise to rectify any deficiencies in the vehicle, of which there have been none. In summary, and I realize personal experiences can vary, I bought a very well equipped truck at a lower price than expected with what I consider outstanding service. Well done Abbotsford Chrysler!
