Unbelievable Customer Service!!! I have been dealing with this dealership for approximately 13 years, and all of my experiences had been good ones, that is until I purchased my previ I have been dealing with this dealership for approximately 13 years, and all of my experiences had been good ones, that is until I purchased my previous Grand Caravan. At the time, my regular salesman had decided to move on, and I dealt with someone new. My experience was less than spectacular to say the least. I had made up my mind that my next purchase was going to be made elsewhere. Since then, I discovered that the salesman with whom I had dealt had been let go, which showed me that the management would not let less than stellar customer care slide, and were willing to make the changes they felt necessary to provide exceptional service to their customers. Last week I received a phone call from Tyler, a current salesman at this location. After hearing about my experience, he took the time to speak with the GM, Scott, and informed him of what had happened on my previous visit. These two gentleman went well out of their way to show me how much I meant to them as a customer and bent over backwards to make amends. More importantly, I was not offered any excuses, instead my feelings about my previous experience were acknowledged, and they got to work on making me happy. It was truly appreciated that I did not have to deal with the 'blame game'. The absolute honesty and genuine drive to satisfy our families needs would have been enough to win back my business, but it wasn't enough for Tyler and Scott. The candor and patience that these two showed was exemplary, and Tyler's demeanor kept us informed as well as entertained. I won't go into the details of what they did for us on a business level, but suffice it to say that they blew us away with the package they put together for us. I would feel remiss in writing a proper review if I did not mention that the manner in which all of the other staff who were involved in getting us into our new Grand Caravan, namely Claire and Darlene in the finance department and the fellow who went over the van with me to ensure I understood how to use all the cool little toys which this model has, was extremely pleasant as well. All around fantastic experience, and I look forward to more of the same treatment when I see the folks at Abbotsford Chrysler to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you folks, you've made my family very happy!!! More
